| Objective:Investigate the current situation of resourcefulness, stress perception and depression in patients with cervical cancer, analyze the relationship between resourcefulness, perception of stress and depression in patients with cervical cancer, use latent category analysis method to explore the potential categories of resourcefulness in patients with cervical cancer, and analyze the general data, perception of stress,The difference in depression provides a basis for the follow-up clinical intervention plan of wisdom. Methods:This study is a descriptive study. The convenience sampling method was used to select 288 inpatients with cervical cancer in two tertiary hospitals from January 2021 to December 2021 as the research objects.Resourcefulness Scale(RS),Chinese version of stress perception scale(Chinese Perceived Stress Scale,CPSS),Hamilton Depression Scale(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)were used as survey tools for investigation.Use EXCEL2015 to double check the input data,SPSS26.0software for descriptive analysis, univariate analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis,Mplus8.3 software to analyze the potential categories of cervical cancer patients’resourcefulness.Results:(1)The total score of resourcefulness in cervical cancer patients was(78.25±19.31),including personal resourcefulness(44.31±12.29)and social resourcefulness(33.94±8.06);the total score of stress perception was(26.70±5.86),of which the sense of loss of control(13.80±4.06)points,nervousness(12.90±3.66)points;the total score of depression ranged from 3to 39 points, the median(interquartile range)was 7.00(6),and the detection rate of depression was 35.66%.(2)There is obvious group heterogeneity in the resourcefulness of cervical cancer patients, which can be divided into 3 potential categories:C1low resourcefulness(37.80%),C2 average resourcefulness(40.00%),and C3strong resourcefulness(22.20%)(3)The results of univariate analysis showed that age(χ~2=22.38),place of residence(χ~2=14.55),educational level(χ~2=69.66),occupation(χ~2=40.94),work status(χ~2=9.63),per capita monthly household income(χ~2=30.86),medical payment method(χ~2=28.73),number of children(χ~2=17.69),primary caregiver(χ~2=19.08),family members(χ~2=18.68),and the differences among different potential categories of resourcefulness were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the regression model likelihood ratioχ~2=151.51,P<0.01,the potential categories of resourcefulness in cervical cancer patients had obvious characteristics in terms of age, education level, per capita monthly income of the family, marital status, and main caregiver, and the differences were as follows:Statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with C1,patients with younger age(OR=7.07)were more likely to appear in C2,and patients with higher education level(OR=0.12)and higher per capita monthly household income(OR=0.22)were more likely to appear in C2;and C3 Compared with older age(OR=0.11),education level(OR=13.04/13.80)and lower per capita monthly household income(OR=1.52),patients were more likely to appear in C1;married(OR=1.974E-9)),lower education level(OR=5.44),and those whose primary caregivers were spouses(OR=8.08)or children(OR=14.34)were more likely to appear in C2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In cervical cancer patients, resourcefulness and its dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with stress perception and its dimensions(r=-0.51),and significantly negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.35),and stress perception and its dimensions were significantly positively correlated with depression Correlation(r=0.46),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)There were differences in stress perception(χ~2=71.93)and depression(χ~2=22.21)among different potential categories of resourcefulness in cervical cancer patients(P<0.05);pairwise comparison showed that the total score of C1 and its various dimensions were higher than those of C2,C3(P<0.05);the total depression score of C1 was higher than that of C2 and C3(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in stress perception and depression between C2 and C3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion(s):(1)Cervical cancer patients had a moderate level of resourcefulness,a normal level of stress perception, and a higher detection rate of depression.(2)The resourcefulness of cervical cancer patients can be divided into three potential categories:low resourcefulness, general resourcefulness, and strong resourcefulness, among which general resourcefulness accounts for the most.(3)The potential categories of resourcefulness in cervical cancer patients have obvious characteristics in terms of age, education level, per capita monthly household income, marital status, and primary caregivers.Compared with the low resourcefulness type, the general resourcefulness patients are younger, the education level and the per capita monthly income of the family are higher;Generally, resourceful patients are less educated, mostly married, and their main caregivers are their spouses or children.Younger age, educational level and higher per capita monthly family income,non-married,and no caregiver are important characteristics of resourceful patients.(4)The higher the level of resourcefulness of cervical cancer patients, the lower their stress perception and the lower the probability of depression;the higher the stress perception of cervical cancer patients, the higher the probability of depression.(5)Compared with general resourcefulness and strong resourcefulness, patients with low resourcefulness had a higher level of stress perception and a higher probability of depression;there was no significant difference in stress perception and depression between general resourcefulness and strong resourcefulness. |
