Study On The Correlation Between Dampness Heat Syndrome Element And Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

objective:By collecting and analyzing the syndrome elements and TCM constitution types of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,this paper discusses the correlation between damp heat and blood stasis syndrome elements,TCM Constitution and lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,so as to further demonstrate that damp heat can lead to blood blockage,so as to provide some reference for TCM Prevention and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Method:Patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans diagnosed and treated in the peripheral vascular Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.Through the content of TCM constitution classification and TCM syndrome element dialectics,spss20 T-square test and logistic test were used for statistical analysis.Result:A total of 156 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs were collected this time.The body mass table information of patients was collected and recorded as group A.among them,85 patients completely recorded their syndrome differentiation table of damp heat and blood stasis,which was recorded as group B.In group A,the proportion of each constitution from high to low is: blood stasis,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,damp heat,Qi deficiency,qi depression,peace and special quality.At the same time,in group B,age,BMI,smoking index,mood and abdominal circumference affected the grade of dampness;Age and BMI affected the grade of heat;Smoking index and mood affect the severity of blood stasis.Conclusion:According to the physical distribution,it can be seen that the persons with biased constitution of phlegm dampness and damp heat occupy the fourth and fifth places respectively,which indirectly proves that damp heat and phlegm dampness exist in patients for a long time,and each ASO risk factor affects the grading of dampness,heat and blood stasis,which further confirms that in addition to the existence of blood stasis,some patients still have damp heat,Even a small number of patients with damp heat gradually worsened with their condition.Therefore,it is concluded that damp heat can lead to blockage of blood vessels.
