Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of bia and fibula injury under the theory of bone injury.Methods: By means of the clinical research method,A total of 60 patients with a lower tibia and fibula combined injury seen in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the samples of this study,Cases that met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups based on the similarities and differences of the surgical protocol,Under the guidance of the theory of "dynamic and static combination",The 30 patients in the treatment group used the elastic fixation of Endobutton button plate cable system,The 30 patients in the control group used a surgical protocol with rigid fixation of lower tibifidertical screws,Functional rehabilitation exercise was performed under the guidance of the theory of "dynamic and static combination",Comparing the degree of cases in the affected limb swelling,ankle activity,VAS pain score,and AOFAS score,Data were collated and statistical analyzed using SPSS26.0 software,To evaluate the difference and clinical efficacy.Results: All 60 patients included in this study were given complete postoperative follow-up and systematic efficacy evaluation,and the clinical efficacy was relatively satisfactory.The results showed no significant statistical difference in sex,age and site of injury(P> 0.05);(2)in terms of the degree of swelling of the affected limb,The treatment group at 14 days and 1 month later was significantly better than the control group,There were significant statistical differences(P <0.05),There was no significant difference at 3 months after surgery;(3)in terms of ankle active activity,The degree of plantar flexion and dorsal extension activity all varied at 1 and 3 months after surgery,The treatment group was significantly better active than the control group,Statistically significant(P <0.05);(4)in terms of the VAS pain score,The pain was stronger 14 days and 1 month than the treatment group,Statistically significant(P <0.05),Neither group had significant pain at 3 months after surgery,No significant statistical difference(P> 0.05);(5),in terms of the AOFAS score,The excellent rate of 3 months after the treatment and control group was 93.3% and 86.7%,respectively,,respectively,Statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Under the guidance of "dynamic and static combination" theory,the application of Endobutton button plate cable system elastic fixed surgery for tibia fibula joint injury is more in line with the biomechanical characteristics of tibia fibula combination.Compared with the traditional cortical bone screw,it can effectively reduce limb pain in the early stage,shorten the ankle rehabilitation cycle and improve ankle function,and has good clinical guiding significance.
