The Clinical Research Of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction In Cure Drug-resistant Acinetobacter Baumann Pneumonia

Objective: To observe the treatment on the prescription of yiqi huoxue huatan point at the drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia,to discuss the pathogenesis of the improve about drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia’s clinical signs and symptoms,provide new solutions and ideas of drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia’s diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Collected 70 cases in December.2018-December.2020 at the Emergency Intensive Care Medical Center in the affiliated hospital of Shandong university of TCM who’s sputum culture prompts acinetobacter baumannii infection of drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia,and also in accordance with TCM syndrome type of qixu xueyu and tanzhuo.Eliminate excluding conform to the eliminate standard in the process of research cases.,finally 60 cases were included in the data analysis and discuss the effective cases.By using stochastic indicator into the cases can be divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Contrast experiments in the two groups were carried out in accordance with the guide to the standard of conventional western medicine diagnosis and treatment.The treatment group was given prescription of yiqi huoxue huatan by nasal feeding,the control group was given amount of warm water by nasal feeding.Through the record before and after treatment in patients with 7 days such as scores of symptom in TCM、SOFA、APACHE II、PSI、inflammatory biomarkers(routine blood WBC、CRP、PCT),contrast patient mortality、the length of time in ICU、mechanical ventilation time after 28 days,to observe the clinical curative effect and significance of the treatment in drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia by the prescription of yiqi huoxue huatan.Results: Two groups of patients after treatment were better than before treatment such as scores of symptom in TCM、SOFA、APACHE II、PSI、inflammatory biomarkers(routine blood WBC、CRP、PCT)Comparison between the control group and the treatment group for 7 days,related index such as scores of symptom in TCM、SOFA、APACHE II、PSI in treatment group were superior to the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).There are statistically significant differences in inflammatory biomarkers(routine blood WBC、CRP、PCT)(P<0.01).The length of time in ICU by treatment group was less than the control group,the statistically has significant.(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time by treatment group was obvious less than the control group,the statistically has significant.(P<0.05).The case fatality rate by treatment group was less than the control group,the statistically has significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion: on the basis of conventional western medicine diagnosis and treatment,using the prescription of yiqi huoxue huatan can improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of the drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia’s patient.It can effectively reduce the patient mortality、the length of time in ICU、mechanical ventilation time,improve scores of SOFA、APACHE II、PSI、inflammatory biomarkers(routine blood WBC、CRP、PCT),it can improve the clinical symptoms,and reduce the patient’s mortality.
