Analysis Of Clinical Effect And Mechanism Of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction In The Deep Vein Thrombosis Of Lower Extremities Based On The Theory Of Qi And Blood And Network Pharmacology

Objective: Relying on modern clinical research methods,the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis of both lower extremities was explored,and under the guidance of the combination of Qi and blood theory and network pharmacology,the possible direction of its mechanism of action was explored.Methods: According to the random number table generated by SPSS,the patients who met the criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group(40 cases in each).Before administration,the blood of the two groups of patients was collected to examine the four items of coagulation and plasma D-dimer.The treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Tongmai Decoction,and the control group was treated with oral rivaroxaban tablets.After 7 days of treatment,the data of coagulation four items and plasma D-dimer were collected again,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared by spss analysis.Under the joint guidance of qi and blood theory and network pharmacology,the possible mechanism of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis of both lower extremities was explored through the framework constructed by network pharmacology.Results: In the light of statistics,there was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.After treatment,there were significant differences in activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time and plasma D-dimer between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in thrombin time and plasma fibrinogen between the two groups(P>0.05).Through network pharmacology analysis,the possible related biological functions and signaling pathways involved in Huoxue Tongmai Decoction cover muscle,blood vessels,inflammation,cancer,endocrine,protein synthesis and human metabolism.Conclusion: Huoxue Tongmai Decoction has good clinical curative effect in the prevention and treatment of DVT,and it has more advantages than traditional rivaroxaban tablets.The network pharmacology analysis shows that Huoxue Tongmai Decoction activates complex network targets,and its potential targets have an intervening effect on many biological processes in the human body.
