Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Zhixie Prescription In Treating Infantile Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea Of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective By observing the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Zhixie Prescription in the treatment of infantile antibiotic-associated diarrhea(AAD)with spleen deficiency syndrome,in order to provide a new method for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AAD.Methods 80 cases of infantile antibiotic associated diarrhea with spleen deficiency syndrome were dived into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases)by random number table.Based on the basic treatment,the control group was given compound lactobacillus acidophilus,and the treatment group was given oral Jianpi Zhixie Prescription with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets.The two groups were treated 5 days.Changes in the daily stool frequency,stool traits,food intake,mental status,and others of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The vital signs and possible adverse drug reactions were monitored.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results1.Comparison of basic data between the two groups treatment of anterior:7 cases were ablated according to the shedding standard,and the 73 cases were included in the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(37 cases).1.1 There were no significant different in the gender between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.1.2 There were no significant different in the month age between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.1.3 There were no significant different in each score of syndrome and the integral score of syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison each score of syndrome and the integral scores between two groups on the third day of treatment:2.1 There were significant differences in each score of syndrome and the integral scores of syndromes between the treatment group before treatment and on the third day of treatment(P<0.05).2.2 There were no significant differences in the score of frequency of stool between before treatment and 3 days after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the stool trait score and food consumption score between before treatment and 3 days after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in mental state score and the integral score of syndromes between before treatment and3 days after treatment in the control group(P<0.01).2.3 On the third day of treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of stool trait score,stool frequency,and food consumption score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The scores of mental state and the integral scores of syndromes were highly significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).2.4 There was no clinical cure in the two groups on the third day of treatment.The effective number of cases in the treatment group(20 cases)was significantly higher than that in the control group(7 cases).There were high significant differences in the effective rate and effective rate score between the two groups(P<0.01).3.Comparison of each score of syndrome and the integral scores between two groups on the fifth day of treatment:3.1 On the fifth day of treatment,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the scores of each syndrome and the integral score of syndromes(P<0.05).There were highly significant differences in the stool score,food consumption score,mental state score and the integral syndrome score(P<0.01).3.2 The integral effective number of cases in the treatment group(37 cases)were significantly higher than those in the control group(32 cases).There were high significant differences in the effective rate and effective rate score between the two groups(P<0.01).4.Safety assessment: The vital signs of the two groups were basically stable,and there were no drug side effects.Conclusion1.Jianpi Zhixie prescription and Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets can improve each score of syndrome and the integral scores of infantile antibiotic-associated diarrhea with spleen deficiency syndrome varying degrees,and the former was superior to the latter.2.The integral effective number of Jianpi Zhixie prescription combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablet was superior to that of single compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablet.3.There was no drug side effects in the treatment of infantile antibiotic associated diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome by Jianpi Zhixie prescription,which was comparatively safe and credible.
