Objective:Through the analysis of Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction on myelosuppression in patients with malignant tumors,to explore the clinical efficacy and therapeutic advantages. Methods:Patients with malignant tumors who were treated with TP regimen chemotherapy(paclitaxel+cisplatin)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation of qi-blood deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with TP regimen chemotherapy, while the experimental group received the same treatment together with Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction. In case of severe myelosuppression, recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor was used.Blood routine,T lymphocyte subgroup level,TCM syndrome score, and quality of life score of patients before and after chemotherapy were recorded, and adverse reactions were also analysed. Results:After 3-week chemotherapy, the numbers of hemoglobin, white blood cells, and neutrophils in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the number of platelets.CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in CD8+.The improvement of TCM syndrome and quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion:Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction is effective in the treatment of myelosuppression after TP Chemotherapy.
