Objective: To compare the clinical therapeutic effect of partition moxibustion combined with acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency type.Methods: 66 eligible women were embedded in the trial.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group(moxibustion umbilicus method combined with acupuncture group)and the control group(acupuncture group).During the treatment,3 cases fell off in both groups,and finally 30 cases were included in the treatment group and30 cases in the control group.By observing the total clinical efficacy of the two groups,the score of related symptomsthe,to compare the curative effects of the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In terms of overall efficacy,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,The TCM single symptom score and the total symptom score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment.(P<0.05),And the treatment group was better than the control group in improving five upsets and heat,insomnia,dreaminess,dry mouth and throat,and skin itching.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in hot flashes,weak waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the total score of Kupperman index in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: the clinical effect of medicine-separated moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency is better than that of routine acupuncture.
