With the wide application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field,the research of information extraction based on clinical electronic medical records and medical literature to assist medical diagnosis has made great progress.However,due to the complexity of medical knowledge,the variety of diseases,the complexity of clinical workflow and the isolation of internal and external networks in the hospital,many factors should be considered in the design of the system.Therefore,the current research in this area is more applied to scientific research and is difficult to put into practical use.In view of the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases,it is of great practical significance to apply artificial intelligence technology to the field of auxiliary management of thyroid diseases.For patients with thyroid tumor surgery and hypothyroidism,they need to take levothyroxine for a long time to replace the thyroid hormone needed by the human body.The drug dose of levothyroxine replacement therapy should be determined according to the different conditions of patients.The influencing factors include the patient’s condition,age,gender,body mass,etc.This paper designs and implements an intelligent auxiliary management system for thyroid diseases based on the medication guide for thyroid diseases.The main work is as follows:1.It realizes the solution of the main process of uploading,identifying,storing,analyzing,summarizing,reviewing and displaying the data of patients with thyroid diseases.Compared with the traditional way that doctors ask patients to answer,the system processes the data uploaded by patients through technologies such as named entity recognition in natural language processing,intelligently summarizes the processed data,forms a standard format and provides it to doctors for review.This way can save the time for patients to fill in information,and the standardized data can enable doctors to avoid repeated communication and inquiry with patients,It is helpful for doctors to make rapid judgment and improve work efficiency;2.Provide intelligent medication analysis function.After the patient submits the application for medication adjustment,the intelligent medication module is used for analysis,and then the data is submitted to the doctor for review,so as to reduce the workload of the doctor;More factors are considered when analyzing patients’ medication.Compared with the method of medication only according to patients’ age and weight,it can obtain more accurate medication results and reduce patients’ medication sequelae;3.Provides the function of risk analysis based on the patient’s thyroid function indicators.It is more flexible than the traditional method of direct judgment,and more acceptable than the method of establishing a unified model. |
