Qing Dynasties. It has been recorded in literature for more than 2,000 years. The development of modern medicated diet is further improved on the basis of summarizing the experience of the ancients. Its application is more in line with the development of traditional Chinese medicine theory, and attention is paid to absorbing the research results of modern scientific theories, and has its theoretical and scientific development direction. Its development characteristics are more diverse.Summarize and apply the experience of predecessors without sticking to the ancients.Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, medicated meals are prepared from the theories of yin and yang and five elements, the theory of zang-fu organs, the medicinal properties and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine. For a long time,a relatively systematic system has been formed.theoretical system. For example, following the meridian-returning theory of the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine, emphasizing that "sour enters the liver, bitter enters the heart, sweet enters the spleen, pungent enters the lung, and salty enters the kidney",and the medicine is based on syndrome differentiation, according to the person and the season.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine, culinary science and nutrition theory, medicated diet formulates prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation, pays attention to the compatibility of food and food or food and medicine, takes the nature of medicine, uses the taste of food, borrows the power of medicine, and strengthens food, and complements each other.Complement each other. It not only has high nutritional value, but also can prevent and cure diseases, maintain health, and prolong life. The traditional Chinese medicine breastfeeding, the constitution and the type of syndrome differentiation, combined with the seasons, the geographical environment and other aspects, the corresponding principles of diet therapy are determined, and the principles of “focusing on the whole”,“diet based on factors” and “diet based on syndrome differentiation” are adopted.”,can play a good role in improving physical fitness, increasing lactation and promoting lactation.Studying the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy for postpartum hypogalactia has important clinical guiding significance for the current research on traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy and the prevention and treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.
