| Objective:To compare the duration of operation and anesthetic effect of the distal ultrasound-guided and blind intercostal brachial nerves block in cubital tunnel syndrome.Method:Seventy-five patients with cubital tunnel syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In the study group,39 patients received ultrasound-guided intercostobrachial nerves block combined with ultrasound-guided axillary brachial plexus block,while in the control group,36 patients received blind intercostobrachial nerves block combined with ultrasound-guided axillary brachial plexus block.In both groups 0.5%ropivacaine hydrochloride was used axillary brachial plexus block 20ml,intercostobrachial nerves block 5ml.The main indicators of this study were operation time,onset time,duration,excellent and good rate of effect and tourniquet response.Result:There were no significant differences in age,gender,BMI,ASA grade,operation duration,tourniquet pressure and tourniquet duration between the two groups(p>0.05).The operation time of the blind group was better than that of the ultrasound group,and the operation time of the blind group was shorter(p<0.05).The effective time of nerve block in the ultrasound group was better than that in the blind group,and the effective time in the ultrasound group was shorter(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance in nerves block duration between the two groups(p>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the excellent and good rates between the two groups(p>0.05).VAS score of tourniquet reaction was low and satisfactory between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided intercostobrachial nerves block works faster than blind method,however,blind method can save operation time and make block more efficient.Intercostobrachial nerves block can provide precise regional pain relief and alleviate tourniquet response. |
