| Objective:Difference analysis of cervical/cervicothoracic sagittal parameters of Korean and Han nationalities in Yanbian area.To investigate the relationship between cervical/cervicothoracic sagittal parameters and spine-pelvic sagittal sequence.To provide a reference for the study of cervical sagittal sequence in Yanbian area.Methods:Asymptomatic volunteers who received standing anteroposterior and lateral flim of the entire spine in the Outpatient department of The Affiliated Hospital of XX University from February 2015 to February 2022were selected.The PACS image browsing system measures and collects data from compliant image materials,the statistics include:Ethnicity,gender,age,C0-2Cobb angle,Cervical spinal angle(CSA),C2-7sagittal vertical axis(C2-7SVA),Central of gravity to C7 sagittal vertical axis(CG-C7 SVA),T1 Slope(T1S),Neck tilt(NT),Thoracic inlet angle(T1A),Pelvic Incidence angle(PI),Pelvic Tilt angle(PT),Sacral Slope(SS),Thoracic Kyphosis(TK),Lumbar Lordosis(LL),Spino Sacral Angle(SSA),C7 to Sacral sagittal vertical axis(C7-S1 SVA).The difference of cervical sagittal parameters between Korean and Han nationalities in Yanbian area was analyzed by t test of two independent samples according to gender and ethnic group.According to Roussouly classification criteria,the data were divided into 4 groups,and the difference of cervical/cervicothoracic sagittal parameters at junction between different Roussouly classification was analyzed by one-way an OVA.Bonforunni correction method was used to compare the difference of cervical/cervicothoracic sagittal parameters junction between different Roussouly classification groups.The correlation between the cervical/cervicothoracic sagittal parameters junction and the sagittal parameters of the whole spine was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Result:1.There was statistical difference between Han nationality and Korean nationality in NT and T1A(P<0.001),and Han nationality was higher in NT and T1A than Korean nationality.2.There was no statistically significant difference in sagittal parameters of cervical/cervicothoracic junction between different genders in Korean nationality(P>0.05).The differences of CSA,T1S,NT and T1A between different genders of Han nationality were statistically significant(P<0.05).Han male is lower in CSA than Han female,Han male is higher in T1S,T1Aand NT than Han female.3.There were statistically significant differences in NT and T1A between Han and Korean males(P<0.001),Han male is higher in NT and T1A than Korean male.There were significant differences in NT and T1A between Han women and Korean women(P<0.05),Han females are higher in NT and T1A than Korean females.4.The differences of CSA,T1S and T1A among different Roussouly types were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.According to Pearson correlation analysis,C2-7SVA and CG-C7 SVA(r=0.881,P<0.001),T1S(r=0.327,P<0.001),(r=0.178,P=0.045),C0-2 Cobb(r=-0.332,P<0.001)and LL(r=0.221,P=0.012)were correlated.CG-C7sva and C2-7SVA(r=0.881,P<0.001),CSA(r=0.348,P<0.001),C0-2 Cobb(r=-0.317,P<0.001),c7-S1 SVA(r=-0.179,P=0.045)and LL(r=0.195,P=0.028)were correlated.T1S was correlated with CSA(r=-0.588,P<0.001),TK(r=0.159,P=0.074)and PI(r=-0.175,P=0.049).NT was correlated with T1A(r=0.731,P<0.001)and C7-S1 SVA(r=-0.203,P=0.022)(P>0.05).T1A was correlated with T1S(r=0.515,P<0.001),CSA(r=-0.395,P<0.001),LL(r=0.055,P=0.038),PI(r=-0.194,P=0.029),PT(r=-0.193,P=0.029).Conclusion:By comparing the permanent residents of Korean and Han in Yanbian,It is found that NT and T1A of Han nationality are higher than those of Korean nationality,and the difference is more obvious in male.The sagittal parameters of the cervical/cervicothoracic junction corresponding to different Roussouly types were statistically different. |
