| Objective:By observing the safety and clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with ear acupoint acupuncture for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment caused by small vascular disease,it provides a more safe and effective clinical treatment for cognitive dysfunction caused by small vascular disease.Methods:A total of 42 patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebrovascular disease who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the encephalopathy ward and outpatient department of Hankou Hospital of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Hubei University of Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2020.The patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group in a 1:1 ratio,with 21 patients in each grouPatients in both groups were treated with basic drugs,such as anti-aggregation,antihypertensive and blood glucose control,according to the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cognitive Dysfunction related to Cerebral Small vascular Diseases.On this basis,the control group was given ginkgo biloba capsules orally,and the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 16 weeks and were given A Hanchinski Ischemic Score(HIS)before treatment.Mini-mental State Examination(MINI-Mental State Examination)was conducted before and 16 weeks after treatment.MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MOCA),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Liver and kidney function,blood routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators and the occurrence of adverse events were recorded before and after the experiment.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the test results,and P<0.05 was used as a statistically significant standard to conduct intra-group comparison before and after treatment and inter-group comparison to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment regimens.Results:1.By the end of the study,1 patient in the treatment group fell off(because the patient did not complete the treatment according to the requirements of the study),0 cases were excluded and 20 cases were completed;In the control group,1 case was dropped(1 case was discontinued due to sudden acute cerebral infarction during treatment),0 cases were excluded,20 cases were completed,and a total of 40 cases were finally completed.2.The general basic data of the control group and the treatment group before the experiment showed that the total MMSE and MOCA scores,individual scores and ADL scores were evenly distributed,with no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating comparability.3.Cognitive function:Simple Mental State Examination(MMSE)score:After treatment,for a total of 16 weeks,compared with before treatment,the total MMSE scores in both groups were improved;Compared with the control group,the MMSE score in the treatment group increased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMSE scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control grouThe scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group in all aspects,including orientation,executive ability,delayed memory and calculation ability,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)score:After treatment,for a total of 16 weeks,compared with before treatment,the total MOCA score in both groups increased,and the MOCA score in the treatment group increased more significantly than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the MOCA scores before and after treatment,the MOCA scores in the two groups were improved.Compared with the control group,the MOCA scores in the treatment group were improved significantly in all aspects,and the scores in execution,calculation,abstract generalization and delayed recall were increased more significantly,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4.Living ability:After treatment,for a total of 16 weeks,ADL scores improved compared with before treatment;Within the two groups,ADL scores in the treatment group increased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Two different treatment methods can improve the scores of the two groups of patients in the three scales,in the main efficacy indicators(MoCA scale),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.80%,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.50%;The experiment showed that acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture plus western medicine and western medicine alone could improve the cognitive function of patients,but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture can improve the overall cognitive function and self-care ability of patients with small cerebral vascular disease,and the therapeutic effect is better than the control group.2.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint snap acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect in the early stage of patients with mild cognitive impairment. |
