| Objective:to study the effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid on antijaundice and liver pathomorphology in mice with hemolytic jaundice.Methods:Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into test group(32 mice)and normal group(8 mice),the mices in test group were given APH by intrape ritoneal injection to inducehype rbilirubinemia for 3 consecutive days,The mices with successful established modes were divided into the model group and Yinzhihuang liquid low,middle and high dosage groups(8 mice).the model group were given 20ml/kg·d saline solution by gavage.Yinzhihuang liquid low,middle and high dosage groups were respectively given 5ml/kg·d and10ml/kg·d and 20ml/kg·d Yinzhihuang liquid by gavage(Yinzhihuang liquid low,middle and high dosage groups were respectively given 15ml/kg·d and10ml/kg·d and 5ml/kg·d saline solution by gavage),the mices in normal group were given saline solution by intrape ritoneal injection to inducehype rbilirubinemia for 3 consecutive days,the normal group were given 20ml/kg·d saline solution by gavage.One course lasted for five days,the serum levels of TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,AST,ALT,ALP,TP,ALB,GLB and A/G were detected.Liver tissues of rats were taken for pathological examination.Results:1)Compared with the normal group,the mice in the test group had withered fur,yellow skin and yellow urine,which indicated that the model was successful.Compared with the normal group,In the model group TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,GLB and A/G was evidently increased(P<0.05),ALB,ALP was evidently reduced(P<0.05),and IBIL were more increased,In the model group treated with normal saline,the levels of TBIL、DBIL and IBIL in mice with hemolytic jaundice increased significantly.2)Comparing with those in the model group,In the low dosage group TBIL was reduced(P>0.05),DBIL was increased(P>0.05),and IBIL was reduced(P<0.05),Low dose of Yinzhihuang oral liquid could not reduce the TBIL and DBIL of mice with hemolytic jaundice.Comparing with those in the model group,In the middle and high dosage group TBIL 、 IBIL was reduced(P<0.05).There was no difference in DBIL between the middle and high dosage groups and the model group(P>0.05),The results showed that medium and high doses of Yinzhihuang oral liquid could reduce the levels of TBIL and IBIL in mice with hemolytic jaundice..There was no difference in TBIL between middle and high dose groups(P>0.05).Comparison of liver biopsies,Compared with the normal group,In the model group,the liver tissue was loose,with necrosis,vacuolar degeneration and infiltration of inflammatory cells,It shows liver tissue damage.Compared with the model group,In the low,middle and high dose groups,the degree of looser arrangement,necrosis,vacuolar degeneration and infiltration of inflammatory cells were improved.There was no difference in liver injury between low and middle dose groups.Compared with the model group,The liver injury was improved in high dose group;Compared with low and medium dose groups,The injury of liver tissue was aggravated in high dose group.ALB、GLB、A/G、TP、AST、ALT and ALP in the low,middle and high dosage groups no difference compared with Model Group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)The effect of low and medium dose Yinzhihuang oral liquid on improving liver injury was better than that of high dose Yinzhihuang oral liquid,Medium and high dose Yinzhihuang Oral Solution had better antijaundice effect than low dose in mice with hemolytic Jaundice,Therefore,the middle dose of Yinzhihuang oral liquid has the best effect on mice with hemolytic jaundice.2)Yinzhihuang oral liquid had no obvious effect on ALB、GLB、A/G、TP、AST、ALT and ALP. |
