With the improvement of living standards,people put forward new requirements for the quality of social medical services.In order to meet the medical needs of the people,medical institutions have introduced medical equipment with various functions to improve disease detection and diagnosis capabilities.The large number of medical equipment brings great challenges to the management and maintenance work.Especially for old-fashioned equipment without networking function,it is necessary to implement the status monitoring,management,upgrading and maintenance functions manually.To solve this problem,the Internet of Things function can be added to this kind of equipment to realize digital remote management and reduce management costs.Aiming at the obsolete biological cell staining machine in pathology department,this thesis proposes a set of software and hardware collaborative design scheme,so that the staining machine can be connected to the Internet of things without major structural modification.This thesis designs and implements a set of IoT access device consisting of communication protocols,hardware platforms and program software.The biological cell staining machine can use this device to access the Tencent Internet of Things cloud platform.The serial port and MQTT are used as the low-level communication protocols for IoT devices and staining machines,IoT devices and cloud platforms.Based on the two underlying protocols,two upperlevel communication protocols are proposed to achieve the accuracy of data encapsulation and analysis.In order to ensure the security and reliability of data transmission,the protocol also integrates the check retransmission function.This thesis selects STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip to design the hardware platform circuit,draws the schematic diagram and PCB diagram,and completes the production and welding of the circuit board.The embedded realtime operating system is transplanted to the main control chip.Based on this operating system,this thesis completes the overall architecture design of the software part.The software realizes the data receiving,sending,checking,parsing and encapsulation of customized communication protocols,and at the same time solves the problem of data loss caused by network reasons.In order to reduce the maintenance cost in the later period,the system has added a remote upgrade function,which includes three parts:upgrade file acquisition,staining machine program upgrade and Internet of Things access device program upgrade.The system adopts file cutting,splicing and MD5 verification to ensure the integrity of the upgrade file transmission.After the upgrade files are obtained,the programs of staining machine and Internet of Things access equipment are upgraded by ISP and IAP respectively.Finally,this thesis tests the functions of the software and hardware to ensure the normal operation of the system.This thesis designs a set of IoT software and hardware system for the obsolete biological cell staining machine,and realizes the IoT function of the staining machine at a lower cost.This system facilitates the management and maintenance of the cell staining machine,and has high practical significance and application value.
