| Objective:To compare analysis of the efficacy and operation-related adverse events of two interventional methods for the treatment of intracranial ruptured aneurysms: stentassisted coil embolization and coil embolization alone.Methods:1.From April 2017 to October 2020,52 patients with intracranial ruptured aneurysms who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital were retrospectively selected as the research subjects.2.Twenty-eight aneurysms of 26 patients who underwent stent-assisted coil embolization were set as the study group, and 27 aneurysms of 26 patients who underwent coil embolization alone were set as the control group.3.The clinical data, the degree of aneurysm embolism immediately after operation, the degree of aneurysm embolism at the re-examination 6 months after the operation, the treatment effect and operation-related adverse events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:1.To compare the immediate aneurysm embolization degree between the two surgical methods: the rate of Raymond grade I in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The rate of Raymond grade II in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no Raymond grade III aneurysms in either group.2.To compare the degree of aneurysm embolization in the two surgical methods during postoperative review: the rate of Raymond grade I in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The rate of Raymond grade II in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Raymond grade III was equal in the two groups.3.To compare surgery-related adverse events between the two surgical methods:Vasospasm events in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Although the bleeding events and ischemic events in the study group were higher than those in the control group, there was no statistical significance. Conclusion:To compare coil embolization alone,stent-assisted coil embolization has better therapeutic effect in the treatment of intracranial ruptured aneurysms. |
