The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Atrial Premature Beats With Guanxin Shutong Capsule

Purpose:Through clinical observation research to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Shutong capsule on Jiruhen Dao Li Ge Su Le（atrial premature beats）.Method:The study cases collected in this clinical observation were treated between January 2021 and December 2021 in the outpatient department of Mongolian medicine Cardiology Department of affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University;There were60 patients who was diagnosed as Jiruhen Dao Li Ge Su Le（atrial premature contraction）and classified and dialectical were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,30 patients were assigned to the treatment group and take Guanxin Shutong capsules,three times a day and 3 pills per time;the other 30 patients were assigned to the control group and take Wenxin Keli,three times a day and one small bag per time.Clinical symptoms and Holter electrocardiogram were observed before and after the three-week treatment period to evaluate the efficacy of Guanxin Shutong capsule.Use the data obtained to evaluate the three dialectical patient’s symptoms before and after treatment in each group;To compare the three dialectical patients before treatment and after treatment between two groups;It was further evaluated by comparing the three dialectical symptoms of the treatment group the effect of Guanxin Shutong capsule,which type Ji Ru Hen Dao Li Ge Su Le.Result:（1）General materials:the age,sex and period of disease of the two groups before treatment were measured by X²test,and the P value:P _age=0.606,P _sex=0.417,P_{period of disease}=0.105,（P>0.05）,and were not statistically significant.（2）Compares clinical symptom efficacy of two groups:improvement rate of clinical symptom total improvement efficiency of treatment group rate:90%.Total improvement efficiency of control group rate:83.3%.There was significant difference occurred between the two groups（P<0.05）.There was statistically significant.（3）Compared holter results of two groups:treatment group:improvement rate:6.7%effective rate:83.3%;Control group:improvement rate:10%effective rate:86.7%;There was no significant difference between the two groups,and no statistically significant（P>0.05）.（4）The comparison results of the three dialectical symptoms were significantly different before and after each group of internal treatment（P<0.05）,so it was statistically significant,indicating that Guanxin Shutong capsule was effective on atrial premature contraction;Moreover,by comparing the three kinds of dialectical patients before and after treatment,the（P>0.05）,it can be seen that the effectiveness of Guan Xin Shutong capsule in treating atrial premature beats is similar to Wen Xin Keli treating atrial Premature Contraction;And in the palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue and other symptoms improved better than the control group.（5）Through the comparison between the efficacy of the three dialectical patients in the treatment group,it can be known that the clinical efficacy of the He Yi type Jiruhen Dao Li Ge Su Le patients is better than that of the other two dialectical patients.Conclusion:（1）Both Guanxin Shutong capsule and Wen Xin Keli are effective in the treatment of Jiruhen Dao Li Ge Su Le（atrial premature beats）.（2）The total efficiency of dynamic electrocardiogram the two groups was similar.（3）In the two groups,the various symptoms both improvement.And the typical symptoms,such as palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,and fatigue were better than the control group.（4）After the comparison between the efficacy of the three dialectical patients in the treatment group,it can be known that the clinical efficacy of the He Yi type Jiruhen Dao Li Ge Su Le patients is better than that of the other two dialectical patients.（5）It had no adverse events during treatment time in both groups.
