Objective:The SCI was obtained by dynamic measurement and static measurement in patients with Different vertical skeletal features of skeletal Class I.To explore the influence of measurement method and vertical skeletal features on the SCI values. Methods:The CBCT data of volunteers were imported into MIMICS19.0for 3D reconstruction and fixed points.According to the sagittal skeletal features,19 osteotype I volunteers(23-29 years old, mean 25.2 years old)were selected and divided into high Angle group(6 cases),average Angle group(7cases)and low Angle group(6 cases)according to the vertical skeletal features.Bilateral SCI of 19 subjects was measured by Arcusdigma Ⅱ(KAVO)and KAVO 3D Exam Computed Tomography(CBCT).The SCI values obtained by the two methods were compared and analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant at α=0.05 level. Results: 1.CBCT and Arcusdigma II were used to measure the SCI in 19 people with different vertical skeletal features of skeletal class I.and the results showed that in the high angle group the measured SCI value of Arcusdigma was38.60±8.47°,and the measured SCI value of CBCT was 30.14±4.81°.There was statistical difference in SCI measured by the two methods(P < 0.05).In the average angle group, the measured SCI value of Arcusdigma was 39.64±7.54°,and the measured SCI value of CBCT was 30.38±2.35°.There was statistical difference in SCI measured by the two methods(P < 0.05).In the Low angle group the measured SCI value of Arcusdigma was 42.43±8.28°,the measured SCI value of CBCT was 32.82±3.29°,there was statistical difference in SCI measured by the two methods(P < 0.05).2.In this study, when using Arcusdigma II to measure the SCI of 19 people with different vertical skeletal features of skeletal class I,the SCI value of the high angle group was 38.60±8.47°,the average angle group was 39.64±7.54°,and the low angle group was 42.43±8.28°.The SCI value was as follows: low angle group> average angle group > high angle group, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);When measured by CBCT,the SCI value of the high angle group was 30.14±4.81°,the average angle group was30.38±2.35°,and the low angle group was 32.82±3.29°.The SCI value was as follows: low angle group > average angle group > high angle group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: In the scope of this study, there was a significant difference between the SCI measured by CBCT and Arcusdigma Ⅱ.CBCT values could not directly replace the values measured by Arcusdigma Ⅱ setting the articulator parameters.
