| Objective:By comparing the clinical data of clonidine transdermal patch and tiapride in the treatment of moderate and severe tic disorders,to evaluate the effectives and safety of the two different treatments. Methods:The data of 87 patients with tic disorders diagnosed in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University from December 2018 to August 2020 was collected for retrospective analysis. Each patient uses transdermal patch or tiapride for more than 9 months.According to the treatment medicine, the patients were divided into clonidine group and tiapride group. The clinical characteristics of each group were collected. The test results of anti-streptolysin O(ASO)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-(OH)2-VitD3)before treatment were collected, and the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)was used to score the severity at the time of beginning, after 3 months,6 months and9 months of treatment. The adverse reactions of the whole process were also collected. The data was statistically analyzed to get the results.Results:1.ASO was elevated in 3 of 87 patients(3.45%),and 25-(OH)2-VitD3was lower than normal in 18 patients(20.69%).2.The reduction rates of YGTSS in the two groups after 3,6 and 9 months of treatment were compared, and there were statistically significant differences in the reduction rates of vocal tic between the two groups, and the reduction rates of vocal tic in the clonidine group were higher than those in the tiapride group.3.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy and total effective rates between the two groups after 3,6 and 9 months of treatment.4.To the clonidine group, there was no significant difference between the efficacy after 3 months,6 months and 9months of treatment.5.To the tiapride group, there was no significant difference between the efficacy after 3 months,6 months and 9 months of treatment.6.By the end of the study, the adverse reaction rate of the clonidine group was 11.63%,and the adverse reaction rate of the tiapride group was 13.64%.There was no significant difference between the adverse reaction rates of the two groups.Conclusions:1.Clonidine and tiapride are both effective to tic disorders after treatment of 3 months,6 months and 9 months, and there was no significant difference between the clinical efficacy.2.Clonidine might has more significant effect on the reduction of vocal tic than tiapride.3.The clinical efficacy of the two drugs was stable at 3,6 and 9 months after treatment, and there was no obvious drug resistance.4.The adverse reactions of clonidine transdermal patch and tiapride were mild, and there was no significant difference between the adverse reaction rates of the two groups, suggesting that the safety of clonidine and tiapride was similar. |
