| Objective: To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on early Postoperative recovery of endometrial cancer Patients. Methods: The clinical data of 68 Patients with endometrial cancer from May2019 to December 2020 in the Department of Gynecology and Oncology,Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were Prospectively analyzed. All Patients underwent staging surgery for endometrial cancer.Perioperative Patients were randomly divided into ERAS group(n = 32)and traditional group(n = 36).The conventional Perioperative concept was used in the traditional group and the enhanced recovery after surgery Perioperative concept was used in the ERAS group. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the ERAS concept on near-term Postoperative clinical outcomes in Patients with endometrial cancer compared with the traditional concept. Results: The Preoperative general information, intraoperative conditions and inter-group comparison between the traditional group and the ERAS group were not significant and were comparable.Compared with the traditional group, the ERAS group had earlier Postoperative first exhaust time and defecation time, shorter hospital stay and less hospitalization cost(all P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in ERAS group was lower than that in control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of nutritional level, the albumin before 3 days after surgery, the albumin before 5 days after surgery and the albumin on the 5th day after surgery in ERAS group were significantly higher than those in traditional group(all P <0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin indexes between the two groups. Conclusion: The application of ERAS concept in endometrial cancer Patients is safe and effective, which can Promote Postoperative nutritional recovery and shorten the length of hospital stay. |
