Objective:To analyze and the clinical features and pathogenesis of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome related lymphoma(ARL)patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conduced to analyze the clinical data of 40 ARL patients form the Infectious Center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Long Tan Hospital from 1st January 2014 to 31 th December,2019.Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis.Log-rank test was used for comparison of survival curves between subgroups of single factors.Logistic regression analysis was used for prognostic factors of the ARL patients. Results:The median age of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome related lymphoma was 51 years, the male to female sex ratio was 2.64:1.The main route of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection was sexual transmission.22patients(55%)had body surface mass,6 patients(15%)had fever, others sought treatment for other symptoms. In univariate analysis,male(HR3.784,95%CI:1.429~10.020,P=0.046),older age(> 50 years)(HR=4.117,95%CI :1.310~12.930,P=0.015),higher performance status(PS)score(HR=0.045,95%CI : 0.011~0.193,P<0.0001),higher International Prognostic Index(IPI)score(HR=0.402,95%CI : 0.163~0.989,P=0.048),opportunistic infection(HR=4.211,95%CI=0.286~1.810,P=0.012),which were associated significantly with the worse progression free survival(PFS),whereas accepting highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)(HR=0.298,95%CI:0.117~0.770,P=0.038)was associated with the better PFS,higher PS score(HR=0.019,95%CI : 0.063~1.290,P=0.019),opportunistic infection(HR=4.211,95%CI=0.286~1.810,P=0.012,)were associated significantly with the worse overall survival(OS).Conclusions:(1)Sex,Age,PS score,IPI score, opportunistic infection,HAA RT which is the strong predictor of ARL.(2)HARRT can improve the survival of ARL patients, which also redu cing the risk of disease progression of ARL.Therefore,ARL patients should be treated with HARRT as early as possible to improve the survival and reduce the risk of disease progression.
