Study On The Allocation Level Of Health Resources In Guanzhong Plain City Group From The Perspective Of Regional Economy

As one of the contents of health equity and basic public services,the allocation of health resources has always been a social hotspot to the government and people’s livelihood.“Shisiwu”plan and 2035 vision outline points out to "building a strong public health system",and to expand the health resources supply,The conomic integration and the unifinication of regional even the outbreak of epidemic in 2020 produced a series of problems,it emphasizes the importance of the health resources supply and reasonable configuration,fair and efficient to citizens.This paper uses data of the Guanzhong plain city group from 2010 to 2018,A comparative analysis is made on the level of geographical space to understand the economic development level of the area and the corresponding health resource allocation under the economic level firstly.Secondly,based on the regional population and economic agglomeration effect,the rationality of health resource allocation was further explored,and the relationship between regional economic level and regional medical and health resource allocation was explored.Finally,using the spatial econometric model and considering the spatial effect of health resource allocation,the spatial weight of regional economic level was added to analyze the influence of regional economy on the allocation of health resources.Then feasible suggestions were put forward.The analysis results are as follows :(1)The overall structure of resource allocation in the area is unreasonable.The economic development level of the central and eastern regions is slightly better than that of the western regions,and the corresponding health resource allocation also has a tendency to incline to the central and eastern regions.(2)Cross-regional health resource allocation has great differences.(3)The health resource allocation according to population agglomeration among individual regions is more than several times different,which makes the gap of health resource allocation between different regions in the economic zone bigger.(4)Both regional economy and residents’ income are important influencing factors,and regional economy has spillover effect.The growth of regional economic level will have a positive influence on health resource allocation in its neighboring areas,which has a certain promotion effect.This paper offers the following suggestions :(1)To promote the integrated development mechanism of basic public services.We will promote the sharing of medical and health resources in different regions of the Guanzhong Plain City group.(2)The access system in the health sector,and the establishment of a government-led and market-assisted mechanism.(3)Overall planning of medical and health resource allocation from the perspective of urban agglomeration to narrow the gap between regions.(4)Constructing regional institutionalized economic cooperation,and driving the development of surrounding underdeveloped areas and realizing coordinated development.
