Application Of Gusong Mixture In Vertebroplasty For Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gusong Mixture in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type(OVCF)after vertebroplasty and its regulation of bone metabolism markers.Methods:A total of 42 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures who underwent PVP/PKP surgery in the hospital of jiangsu province spine surgery between June 2020 and December 2020 were included in this study.A simple randomization grouping method is used to divide the cases that meet the criteria for inclusion into a test group and a control group.Among them,l case fell off in the control group,1 case fell off in the test group,and the final actual sample size was 40 cases,20 cases in each of the control group and the test group.After the operation,the control group received oral calcitriol capsules(Luo Gaiquan)once/0.25ug,twice a day+calcium carbonate D3 tablets,once/1 tablet,once a day,routine anti-osteoporosis treatment,and instructed patients in the operation After rehabilitation exercise.On this basis,the test group was given Gusong Mixture,which was taken on the first day after the operation,7 doses/week,for a total of 12 weeks.The two groups of patients were followed up,and the VAS scores and ODI scores for 1 week,4 weeks and 12 weeks before and after the operation were observed,and the quality of life assessment and TCM syndrome scores for 12 weeks after the operation were observed;the total type I before and after treatment The level of collagen N-terminal extension peptide(t-PINP)and type I collagen cross-linking C-terminal peptide(β-CTX);safety evaluation was carried out.The results were analyzed statistically using SPSS 26.0 software.Result:1.Evaluation of curative effect:Compared with the curative effect of the two groups,the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).2.VAS score and ODI dysfunction index:There was no significant change in the scores of the two groups at 1 week after operation(P>0.05);the test group was better than the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).3.TCM syndromes and quality of life scores:Compared with the control group,the two types of scores in the test group improved significantly(P<0.05).4.Bone metabolism index:3 months after operation,tPINP in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and β-CTX was significantly lower than that in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the test group improved bone metabolism more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gusong Mixture is effective after vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.It can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve physical activity,improve quality of life,and regulate bone metabolism.It can improve the state of osteoporosis and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
