Purpose:Compound training is a combination of traditional resistance strength training and rapid expansion compound training, which can effectively improve the level of maximum muscle strength and explosive force. So this article is by comparing the effect of single leg training compound and legs composite, explore the volleyball players of knee joint muscle strength, the influence of the proprioception and body flexibility, stability, and to compare one leg training compound and legs compound which the effect of the training method can effectively reduce the volleyball players risk of knee injuries, coaches and athletes for the future and athletic trainers when arranging training to provide theoretical basis for reference.Research Methods:The main methods used in this paper are literature method, expert interview method, test method, experiment method and mathematical statistics method.Sixteen undergraduate men’s volleyball students from China Volleyball College of Beijing Sport University were selected as the experimental subjects.Three kinds of test methods were used to obtain the corresponding index data. One was the score of seven test movements of functional motor screening(FMS)to reflect the flexibility and stability of the body. The second is the peak torque value(PT),the peak torque ratio of flexor and extensor muscles(H/Q)and the difference of peak torque of the same name muscle group measured by Isomed2000 iso-velocity tester to reflect the balance of muscle strength and muscle force.Thirdly, the difference of position sense Angle of knee joint measured by Isomed2000 isokinetic tester was used to reflect the body’s proprioceptive ability.Experiments conducted before the test, the first of every subjects for screening functional activities(FMS),according to the score screening out without risk of injury to eliminate(total score>14 points)of the subjects, and the risk of injury(total score<14 points)of the subjects for situation analysis and in this part of the subjects by the total score is the same as the designed a draw with interval evenly divided into two groups, the experimental group for one leg composite training a total of 6 people, the control group for legs compound training a total of 6 people, the two groups are for eight weeks of training,to all the participants after the test, the final will be measured data before and after finishing the statistics,Intra-group paired sample t-test and inter-group independent sample t-test were used and analyzed, come to the conclusion:1 Both single leg and double leg combined training improved the flexibility and stability of the body, but single leg combined training improved the total FMS score of volleyball players more, and its movement mode was more optimized, which could effectively reduce the risk of injury and prevent the occurrence of injury.2 Single leg compound training has obvious effects on enhancing the muscle strength, symmetry and coordination of the muscles around the knee joint of volleyball players, enhancing the stability of the knee joint and reducing the incidence of knee joint injury to a greater extent.3 Single leg compound training can effectively improve the spatial position sense of volleyball players’ knee joint, strengthen the control ability of nerve to muscle, strengthen the function of proprioception, and significantly reduce the probability of volleyball players’ knee joint injury.
