| Objective:Diabetes mellitus is a serious chronic disease that requires long-term health management.Through the China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)search and selection of 1995-2020 research journals on diabetes health management in China,the paper characteristics,journal distribution,authors and cooperation,institutions and cooperation,research hotspots and frontiers were analyzed.To explore the authors,institutions,cooperation,important hot spots,frontiers and development trends in the field of diabetes health management research in China,and to provide theoretical reference and reference for diabetes health management research in China.Methods:Literature data method,literature metrological analysis method,scientific knowledge graph analysis method and expert interview method were adopted.Conclusions:1.In terms of the development trend of the number of published papers,the research on diabetes health management in China has experienced a budding stage and a surge stage.In general,the development of research literature and periodicals on diabetes health management in China is characterized by the development of The Times,which is closely related to the development of China’s national economy and the change of people’s lifestyle.2.From the perspective of journal distribution,the overall published quality of diabetes health management research in China is not high,the research level is low,and the literatures published in core journals are few.Compared with the huge total published quantity,there is still a lot of room for improving the quality of the literatures.3.In terms of research subjects,most research institutions are from universities and hospitals.Domestic scholars and research institutions in diabetes health management research have not established a stable cooperative research network,and the cooperation scale is small,and trans-regional cooperation is less.4.Research on high-frequency keywords and topic evolution shows that diabetes health management research in China has been flourishing since 2008,with rich and intensive research hotspots,including community health management,health education and blood glucose monitoring.5.Combining with expert interviews,the research frontier of diabetes health management in China focuses on community health management,confidant health management,mobile medicine and traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification.6.According to the analysis of hot foreign literature,the research on diabetes health management in China is also focused on the research on diabetes intestinal flora,Chinese medicine and theory of Chinese medicine.Suggestions:1.Scholars and research institutions should strengthen cooperation and exchange,form an environment of information sharing and complementary advantages,and adopt a variety of cooperation models in which the old lead the new and the strong unite;2.Actively organize researchers and institutions to attend academic conferences at home and abroad,grasp the latest academic trends and research directions,actively carry out interdisciplinary exchanges,and be good at using others’ spanks to attack your own shield;3.Future research of diabetes health management scholars can focus on the treatment of diabetes by traditional Chinese medicine,and research can be conducted from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine and the concept of traditional Chinese medicine;4.The state can continue to increase research in the direction of mobile health,establish and improve Internet medical laws and regulations,and deepen the application of Internet technology in chronic disease management.At present,with the increasing number of diabetes patients in China,the demand for health management is strong.It is suggested that the state should increase the investment in scientific research,continue to innovate research,and improve the content of the knowledge plate of diabetes health management. |
