Clinical Observation Of Using XiaoYuDangHui Pulvis To Treat The Tympanites Caused By Stagnation Of Blood And Water

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of using Xiao Yu Dang Hui pulvis to treat the tympanites caused by stagnation of blood and water.Methods:According to the proposed admission criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each included 30 patients.The experimental group: Western medicine combined with Xiao Yu Dang Hui pulvis was used to apply umbilicus;control group: Western medicine combined with placebo.The course of treatment was 0.5 month.The curative effect was observed by comparing and recording the TCM symptom score,weight,abdominal circumference,ascites depth,24 h urine volume,liver function,Child-Pugh score changes of the two groups before and after treatment;the safety was observed by monitoring vital signs,three routine,renal function,electrocardiogram and adverse drug reactions.Results:1.There was no significant difference in clinical gender,age,course of disease and etiology distribution between the two groups(P >0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 89.66%,and the control group was 55.17%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.3.Compared with body weight,abdominal circumference,24 h urine volume,ascites depth,TCM symptom score,Child-Pugh score,liver transaminase,there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.4.In the experimental group,1 patient had umbilical skin redness and swelling;in the two groups,1 patient had clinical death due to changes in the condition and withdrew from the experiment;the other patients had no abnormalities caused by the experimental drugs in vital signs,three routine,renal function,electrocardiogram and adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:Xiaoyu Danghui pulvis has obvious curative effect in the treatment of tympanites caused by stagnation of blood and water,and is superior to the general treatment of Western medicine only.It can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,promote ascites regression,and has no obvious adverse reactions.
