| ObjectiveIn order to explore the pathogenesis of perimenopausal panic disorder and explain the mechanism of acupoint thread embedded therapy of Tonifying Kidney and Benefiting Marrow.MethodsTwelve patients with PPD and twelve perimenopausal healthy subjects were recruited to this research.They all met the criteria.PPD group and Healthy controls were need to do DTI test.Among them,the PPD group needs to do DTI twice before and after whole treatment.Then FA was caculated by TBSS,which is used to evaluate the integrity of white matter fiber bundle.HAMA、CMRS、PDSS were used to measure the effect.And correlation analysis was performed between symptom scales and FA values.Results1.The HAMA,CMRS,PDSS were decreased significantly from 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).And the scale scores at week 8,12,16 all decreased compared with the first one.2.The FA of genu corporis callosi,orbit frontal cortex and cingulate gyrus in the PPD group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group.There was no significant difference in FA before and after treatment in PPD patients.3.FA value of genu corporis callosi was significantly negatively correlated with HAMA(r=-0.612,P<0.05)and CMRS(r=-0.669,P<0.05).FA value of orbit frontal cortex was strongly negatively correlated with CMRS.There was no significant correlation between FA value and PDSS.The FA value of orbital frontal cortex was strongly negatively correlated with the difference before and after CMRS.Conclusion1.Preliminary studies have found that white matter damage in genu corporis callosi,orbit frontal cortex and cingulate gyrus is help for the early diagnosis of PPD.And the FA value is help for predicting the disease development of PPD,but has no obvious significance in predicting the severity of the disease.2.The acupoint thread embedded therapy of Tonifying Kidney and Benefiting Marrow can significantly relieve the symptoms of PPD,and the treatment process is safe and acceptable.The mechanism of acupoint thread embedded therapy may be the improvement of the integrity of white matter fiber bundle. |
