Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, and to explore its medical value in the treatment of Severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods:A clinical data of 161 patitens were collected From January 2018 to December 2019.Thery were divided into four groups according to the treatment wishes of family members,Including control group(conventional treatment,39 cases),Intravenous immunoglobulin group(conventional treatment+IVIG,39 cases),Bronchoalveolar lavage group(conventional treatment+BAL,47 cases)and combined group(conventional treatment+IVIG+BAL,36 cases). The total heat duration, cough and lung rale disappearance time, hospitalization days, lung inflammation outcome and total treatment efficiency of children in the four groups were observed and compared; The levels of inflammation-related indexes WBC,NE,CRP and LDH of children in each group were measured and compared.Results:1.Cough and disappearance of lung rales, total heat duration, the hospitalization days of the children in the combined group, the Bronchoalveolar lavage group, and the Intravenous immunoglobulin group were all lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The above-mentioned aspects of the children in the combined group were lower than those in the Intravenous immunoglobulin group(P<0.05).the total heat duration of the combined group was lower than that in the Bronchoalveolar lavage group(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the levels of WBC,NE,CRP and LDH in children in the combined group,Bronchoalveolar lavage group and Intravenous immunoglobulin group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).the levels of WBC,NE,CRP and LDH in the combined group were lower than those in the Intravenous immunoglobulin group Decreased(P<0.05).NE and LDH in the combined group were lower than those in the Bronchoalveolar lavage group(P<0.05).3.The pneumonia area was absorbed in the combined group, the Bronchoalveolar lavage group, and the Intravenous immunoglobulinl group were better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The pneumonia area was absorbed in the combined group was better than that of the Bronchoalveolar lavage group and the Intravenous immunoglobulin group(all P<0.05).4.The total efficacy of the combined group, the Bronchoalveolar lavage group, and Intravenous immunoglobulin group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The total efficacy of the combined group was higher than Intravenous immunoglobulin group and the Bronchoalveolar lavage group(all P<0.05).It shows that the combined scheme has the best effect. Conclusion:The combination of bronchoalveolar lavage and Intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has a significant clinical effect,Effectively improve the clinical symptom improvement efficiency,Promote the absorption of inflammatory lesions in the lungs and improve the cure rate,it is worth promoting. |
