Objective:To analyze the correlation between 18F-FDG PET/MR multiparameters(SUVmax、SUVmean、D、D~*、f),clinicopathological features and expressions of HIF-1α,VEGF and GLUT-1 in cervical cancer.Methods:The clinical and imaging information of 40 cervical cancer patients who underwent 18F-FDG PET/MR examination from July 2017 to July 2018 and were in IB-ⅡA phase were collected retrospectively.The SUVmax,SUVmean,D,D~*,f of the lesions were measured.The postoperative pathological tissue sections of cervical cancer were stained with HIF-1α,VEGF and GLUT-1 immunohistochemistry,the correlation between imaging parameters,protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results:The SUVmax values in the lesions of patients with different differentiation degrees and different FIGO stages were statistically significant.The SUVmax values in the lesions of patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(p<0.05).SUVmean of patients with different FIGO stages was significantly different(p<0.05).The depth of invasion ≥1/2 muscle wall lesion d value was lower than the depth of invasion<1/2 muscle wall D value(p<0.05).The difference of f value was statistically significant(p<0.05)with different differentiation degree.HIF-1αexpression was correlated with SUVmax and SUVmean(R=0.458 、 0.476,P =0.003 、0.002);VEGF expression was correlated with f(r=0.376,P=0.017),SUVmax and SUVmean(r=0.334 、 0.318,P=0.035 、 0.046);GLUT-1 expression was correlated with SUVmax and SUVmean(r=0.576、0.552,p<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative 18F-FDG PET/MR multiparameters of cervical cancer have certain correlation with clinicopathological features,and SUVmax and SUVmean can evaluate hypoxia and glucose metabolism of early cervical cancer tumors to a certain extent,and f value can evaluate tumor blood perfusion.
