| Objective:To study the changes of mi RNA-203 expression level in peripheral blood of patients with common TCM sydromes of psoriasis vulgaris, and to explore the possible relationship between mi RNA-203 and psoriasis vulgaris,so as to provide new ideas for the biological of TCM syndrome differentiation of psoriasis. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,20 cases of psoriasis with blood-heat syndrom,blood-stasis syndrome and blood-dryness were selected,a total of 60 cases. In addition 30 healthy volunteers were selected as healthy controls. In the experiment, venous blood of the two groups was collected under aseptic condition to be measured, and serum mi RNA-203 was determined.According to the statistical data, the differences in serological indexes between the patients with blood-heat syndrome,blood-stasis syndrome,blood-dryness syndrome and the healthy subjects were compared.Results:1.The relative expression of mi RNA-203 in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis with blood-heat,blood-stasis and dryness was significantly higher than that of healthy control group(P < 0.05);2.The relative expression of mi RNA-203 in peripheral blood of patients with blood-heat syndrome was significantly higher than that of those with blood stasis and dryness.(P < 0.05);3.There was no significant difference in the relative expression of miRNA-302 in peripheral blood between patients with blood stasis and dryness.(P < 0.05);Conclusion:1.The expression level of mi RNA-203 in serum is related to the TCM dialectical classication of psoriasis vulgaris.2.MiRNA-203 can reflect the progress of psoriasis to some extent, and can be used as a reference maker for the blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris.3.Serum mi RNA-203 is expected to become a biological indicator of TCM classification of psoriasis in clinical practice, and to find a new research direction for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis. |
