| Research purposes:As an important starting point for the construction of a graded diagnosis and treatment system,the medical association is the focus of China’s medical reform work,and it is also the trend of the development and reform of the international medical system.At present,China’s medical associations have achieved results in improving the grassroots capabilities and disciplines,but they are still in the initial stage of exploration.There is a lack of help between institutions and two-way referrals.The problem is the difficulty of getting down,the lack of motivation for patients under the clinic,the lack of enthusiasm of the staff inside the medical institution,and the imperfect supporting measures,the policy is in a dilemma,and the incentive effect is not obvious.This paper intends to study the composition of the incentive mechanism of the medical association,and explore how the medical association can adopt active and effective incentive measures to form an incentive mechanism for the medical association;exploring the role path and mechanism of the impact of the medical institution’s incentive mechanism on the overall performance of public medical institutions,analyzing the impact of the medical institution’s incentive mechanism on the overall performance of public medical institutions,and promoting medical care to improve the overall performance of public medical institutions.Provide reference for the healthy development of the consortium,the promotion of graded diagnosis and treatment and resource integration.Research content and methods:This research carries out research from the current development of medical associations.Firstly,through literature analysis,systematically combing the status quo of medical association construction,medical association incentive mechanism,comprehensive performance research of public medical institutions,and constructing medical association incentives.Mechanism and the comprehensive performance indicator system of public medical institutions;Secondly,using stakeholder theory,expectation theory,institutional change theory,etc.to analyze the impact of the medical association incentive mechanism on the overall performance of public medical institutions,and further explore the impact path;again,according to the impact The path proposes the theoretical model and hypothesis of the research,and validates the hypothetical path of the influence of the medical institution incentive mechanism on the comprehensive performance of the public medical institution through the structural equation model.Finally,based on the results of empirical data analysis,the paper discusses the policy recommendations that are in line with the development of the medical association and is conducive to improving the overall performance of medical institutions.At the same time,it can improve the content of the medical institution’s incentive mechanism.Research results and conclusions:This paper analyzes the content of the medical association incentive mechanism scale through three perspectives:public medical institution incentives,medical staff incentives,and patient motivation.Finally,a medical institution incentive mechanism index system consisting of three first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators was established,and a structural equation model for the impact of the comprehensive performance of public medical institutions was constructed from three aspects.The results show that government incentives and medical resource integration incentives affect the overall performance of public medical institutions,and the government’s investment incentives have the highest impact on the social and economic benefits of public medical institutions.Among the incentive indicators of medical staff,salary incentives,promotion incentives,achievement incentives,and social incentives have different effects on the overall performance of public medical institutions,and social incentives have the highest impact on social benefits in public medical institutions.Promotion incentives are for the public health institutions.The benefits have the highest impact.Incentive measures,incentives,grassroots service capabilities,and core hospitals in the patient incentive indicators have an impact on the overall performance of public medical institutions.That is,the construction of incentive mechanisms for medical sciences can promote the overall performance of public medical institutions.Therefore,this paper proposes the promotion of the medical institution’s incentive mechanism to improve the comprehensive performance of public medical institutions from three aspects:medical institutions,medical staff and patients.Exert the positive incentive effect of the government and the integration effect of medical resources;Construct a reasonable salary and welfare system.Improve the satisfaction of medical staff;Establish a sound job promotion mechanism,mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff;Respect and trust medical staff,stimulate the enthusiasm of medical personnel to participate in medical associations;improve the medical insurance system,basic drug system,guide the people to seek medical habits;The flow rate of talents will enhance the ability of primary medical institutions to undertake;strengthen the attention of higher-level medical institutions and open up green channels. |
