| Purpose:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture stimulation combined with percutaneous penetration therapy on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and its effect on functional living index-emesis after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor. Methods:From August 2018 to January 2019,a convenient sampling method was used to select 72 patients with malignant tumors in the department of oncology,a affiliated hospital of a research institute. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were given routine prophylactic antiemetic drugs. The experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture stimulation and percutaneous penetration therapy(point-application)on the basis of control group.Electroacupuncture stimulation was carried out within 2 hours after the beginning of chemotherapy,20min/times/acupoints,once every 4hours,twice a day.Percutaneous penetration therapy was performed at the end of electroacupuncture stimulation. The area of point-application is3.5×3cm,0.5g crude drug/tablet,the retention time was 4 hours, every 4hours,twice a day.The combined intervention lasted 3 days from the first day of chemotherapy to the end of chemotherapy. The transdermal drug prescription was determined by letter from Delphi experts.Selecting bilateral Quchi,Neiguan and Zusanli at acupoints.Luo De nausea and vomiting Index scale(R-INVR)was used to evaluate the CINV response before and after intervention at 8 pm on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after intervention. The living function state of Day 1 and Day 6 after the patient’s chemotherapy was assessed using the Functional Living Index-Emesis table(FILE).Statistical description and Analysis using SPSS21.0,the difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)Through Delphi experts correspondence, the final transdermal prescription is Xiaobanxia decoction.(2)This study included 72 patients,36 patients in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group.Among them,2 cases in the experimental group withdrew their informed consent and 4 cases of shedding cases in control group. Finally, there were 34 cases in the experimental group and 32 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in the general demographic characteristics and clinical baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparing the frequency of nausea between the two groups, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)at day2(P=0.005)and day 3(P=0.000).Comparing the duration of nausea between the two groups, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)at day 3(P=0.000).Comparing the severity of nausea between the two groups, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)at day1(P=0.047)and day 2(P=0.000)and day3(P=0.000).Comparing the frequency of vomiting, the volume of vomiting and the severity of vomiting between the two groups, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)at day 3(P=0.000).Comparing the frequency and severity of retching between the two groups, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)at day2(P =0.000)and day 3(P=0.000).Comparing the total scores of R-INVR between the two groups, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)at day2(P=0.001)and day 3(P=0.000).(4)The life function index of the two groups was compared on the1 st and 6th day after chemotherapy. The results showed that there ware no statistical significance on the first day(P=0.068),but there ware significant difference on the sixth day(P=0.000<0.05)between the two groups.Comparing the total scores of FLIE reached NIDL on the first day and the sixth day after chemotherapy between the two groups and the results showed that there ware no significant difference between the two groups on the 1st and 6th day(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)The electroacupuncture stimulation combined with Percutaneous penetration therapy can effectively reduce the frequency of delayed nausea, vomiting and dry nausea, reduce its severity, shorten the duration of nausea and reduce the amount of vomiting. However, there was no significant effect on remission of acute nausea, vomiting and retching after chemotherapy.(2)The electroacupuncture stimulation combined with Percutaneous penetration therapy can improve the living function state of patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy, but it can not completely eliminate the negative effects of CINV on the patients. |
