Objective:Thyroid imaging is the best selected of the Method of investigation in clinical diagnosis that 99mTc O4-acted the imaging agent because its lower radioactivity amount.Presently,patients didn’t have something specially to prepared when they take a thyroid imaging investigation.However,99mTc O4-permissive NIS intrusion In the thyroid tissue organization.NIS acted an important factor in the process how I entrance the thyroid.So searching that how the 99mTc O4-changed in the thyroid when people ate a lot of I urgently is important.Method:(1)This research collected the mice who ate a lot of I urgently.After 1-5days,7days,10days,14days,we injected Na99mTc O4 through their caudal vein.Then,we took them a surgery and took out their thyroid,metric the radiometric calculation and the calculation rate.(2)We putted the mice at the 2 HI-N,5 HI-N,10 HI-N,20 HI-N,50 HI-N group and the control group.After they ate the lot of I 1days later,we injected Na99mTc O4through their caudal vein.Then,we took them a surgery and took out their thyroid,metric the radiometric calculation and the calculation rate.Results:(1)The acute intake of large doses of iodine solution after the comparison between the intake rate F=621.816,p<0.001,the results were statistically significant.1-7d group compared with the control group p<0.05,;and the 10d,14d group and control group p>0.05,the results did not have significant differences.The expression of NIS for7 days was not significantly different from the control group.(2)In the acute intake of different concentrations of iodine group compared with the control group,10HI-N group,20HI-N group,50HI-N group p<0.05,the results have significant statistical differences.The 2HI-N group and 5HI-N group had p>0.05,and the results did not have significant differences.The expression of NIS in the group above 10-fold iodine concentration decreased.Conclusion:The gland of 99mTc O4-of the mice who who ate a lot of I 1day later have descended suddenlly.And then rose to a curve that returned to normal on the 10th day.The high concentration of iodine inhibited the uptake of technetium in the thyroid gland in rats.However,5 times the diet,the inhibitory effect is not obvious,and when the concentration reached 10 times,the inhibitory effect is obvious.
