The Study On Rules Of Prescriptions Of Professor Wang Bangcai For Chronic Diarrhea Based On Data Mining

Objective Summarying the treatment experience of Professor Wang Bangcai about chronic diarrhea in medicine and prescription rule,based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(V2.5),we can spread his academic thought and provide ideas and reference for research and clinical work of the treatment of chronic diarrhea with TCM.Methods This topic includes two parts: clinical research and literature study.The literature study is based on ancient literature,mainly from three aspects,including the history of catharsis,etiology,pathogenesis and TCM treatment.Clinical research is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(V2.5),and the data mining for the treatment of chronic diarrhea by professor Wang Bangcai.Collected from November 2015 to December 2017,Ningbo City Traditional Chinese Medical expert outpatient service Wang Bangcai professor accepts and conform to the standard of diagnosis of chronic diarrhea of 200 cases of patients with chronic diarrhea prescription and use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System for data mining,to adopt the software integration of data mining methods,such as frequency count,improved mutual information,complex system entropy and hierarchical entropy of unsupervised clustering and so on,analysis and research the experience of Wang Bangcai professor for the treatment of chronic diarrhea in medicine.Results Overall mining,involving 112 kinds of medicine,the top five are costusroot,white hyacinth bean,coptis,dried macrocephala,dried ginger and so on,the top five categories are tonics,antipyretic,diuresis medicine,exterior resolving medicine,astringent therapy herbs etc.The four nature of the medicine is mainly warm,the five flavor is sweet,and the channel tropism is the spleen channel.Based on association rules analysis,support for 46,digging out the 39 high frequency combinations,such as white hyacinth bean and costusroot,confidence is0.85 at the same time,a total of nine association rules,such as coptis,white hyacinth bean,dried ginger and costusroot etc.Based on the core combination analysis of entropy clustering of complex system,the relevance is 8 and the punishment is 2,and there are 20 core combinations of 3-4 herbs.A new recipe analysis based on unsupervised entropy stratification was further explored to obtain 10 new prescriptions.Conclusion First,through the data mining technology,the topic of professor Wang Bangcai medication for treating chronic diarrhea rule has carried on the preliminary exploration,can be concluded that the high frequency medicine in formula,high frequency combination and high degree of confidence of association rules,it shows the medicines are concentrated in formula of professor Wang,the overall medication is mainly sweet and warm and the spleen and stomach channel,in theory they can be considered as commonly used medicines for treating chronic diarrhea and basic formulas.Second,core drug combinations and new prescriptions on the basis of those groups embody that regulate Qi and blood,warm and clearing heat-fire,tonification and catharsis,and mind-tranquilizing therapy,on these grounds we could add or subtract some medicine in the treatment of patients with various chronic diarrhea.Third,apply auxiliary platform system analysis treatment of chronic diarrhea medicine rules has certain scientific,can rapid analysis,found the hidden rule of clinical application,provide objective data to support and reference for clinical work,has the certain guiding significance.
