The Clinical Study On The Prevention Of The Recurrence Of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis By The Vaginal Adhesion Suppository

Objective:To evaluate the vulvovaginal candidiasis patients’clinical total effective rate with the use of Lactobacillus vaginal suppository and observe its influences on the vaginal microecological of the patients.Methods:30cases of simple vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)and 30 cases of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC)were randomly divided into simple VVC treatment group,simple VVC control group,RVVC treatment group and RVVC control group.The simple VVC and RVVC treatment group were given Fluconazole Capsules and Lactobacillus vaginal suppository,while the simple VVC and RVVC control group were only given Fluconazole Capsules.After the treat,the vaginal secretions of different group was got at different time,and the vaginal PH,bacteria density,species diversity and the Lactobacillus colony forming unit(CFU)were tested,the clinical effect of each group was evaluated.Results:The clinical total effective rate of simple VVC treatment group compared with the control group,there is no statistical significance(Z=0.000,P(29)0.05),while the clinical total effective rate of RVVC treatment group is higher than its control group(Z=-1.783,P(27)0.05).The recurrence rate of simple VVC and RVVC treatment group is lower than its control group(χ~2=4.887,all P(27)0.05).The vaginal PH of simple VVC treatment group and RVVC treatment group compared with the relevant control group,there is no statistical significance(t=0.391,1.146,all P(29)0.05);the bacteria density and species diversity of vaginal and the CFU of Lactobacillus of simple VVC treatment group is higher than the control group(Z=-1.859、-1.825,t=12.583,all P(27)0.05),and the bacteria density and species diversity of vaginal and the CFU of Lactobacillus of RVVC treatment group is higher than the control group(Z=-1.965、-2.452,t=25.727,all P(27)0.05).Conclusion:The total alkaloid vaginal adhesion supposit can inhibit the mycelial phase of candida,improve the overall clinical efficiency of RVVC patients,and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with simple VVC and RVVC.
