Objective Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Spirit-quieting Mind-stabilizing pill treat Qi-deficiency of heart and gallbladder syndrome of anxiety disorder.Provide a new way to treat Qi-deficiency of heart and gallbladder syndrome of anxiety disorder.Methods According to the principle of randomized,dividing 100 patients with anxiety disorder into two groups,the Sertraline group(n=49),the Spirit-Quieting Mind-Stabilizing Pill combined with Sertraline group(the combination group,n=51).All the patients were coming to Tongde hospital of Zhejiang province,Mental Health Clinic Center of Zhejiang province for medical treatment,during September 2016 to December 2017.8 weeks as a course of treatment.The effects were detected by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and adverse symptom scale(TESS)and TCM Symptoms Scale at the beginning of the treatment,the fourth week,the eighth week.Monitoring the patient’s vital signs by blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function,ECG examination and evaluating clinical safety by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale respectively at the beginning of the treatment,the fourth week,the eighth week.Results The recovery rate of combined medication group was 27.45%which is better than the Sertraline group 8.16%.The total effective rate of the combined drug group was 90.20%which is better than the Sertraline group 77.55%.The clinical efficacy of the combination group was better than the Sertraline group(p<0.05),The incidence of adverse reactions has no statistically significant difference between the Sertraline group and the Bromocriptine group(p>0.05).Conclusion The scores of HAMA scale and TCM symptoms scale of patients with anxiety disorder could significantly decrease by Spirit-Quieting Mind-Stabilizing Pill combined with Sertraline.Sertraline could decrease the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale.The response rate of Spirit-quieting Mind-stabilizing pill was higher than Sertraline,and no adverse reaction appeared,with less adverse reactions,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice. |
