Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture(Baihui,Ojo)combined with modern rehabilitation medicine(rehabilitation robot)on non-motor symptoms of early Parkinson’s disease, more ideas and evidence-based data are provided for clinical treatment. Methods: Sixty-six patients with primary Parkinson’s disease from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly enrolled in the clinical study. The basic information such as patient’s age, gender and educational level was collected by the investigation to evaluate the progress of the disease. Finally, the patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with conventional Parkinson’s medicine and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation robot training for 8 weeks. And the control group was treated with conventional Parkinson’s medicine only for 8 weeks. Then the patients were assessed with NMSS,SCOPA-AUT,SF-MPQ,HAMA,HAMD,PDSS,and safety assessment grading before treatment and when treated after four and eight weeks. The improvement of the above indexes and the difference between the two groups were observed by comparing the indexes of early Parkinson’s non motor scales before and after treatment.Results:1.After four or eight weeks of treatment, the SF-MPQ and HAMD scores of the treatment group were not lower than those before treatment, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparing the treatment for four weeks and eight weeks after, the SF-MPQ and HAMD scores in the treatment group did not decrease significantly, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The scores of SF-MPQ and HAMD in the control group did not decrease significantly compared with those before treatment for treating four weeks and eight weeks after, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The scores of control group did not decrease significantly after eight weeks treatment compared with four weeks after. The result was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Finally,there was no significant difference of scores between the two groups of SF-MPQ and HAMD in four weeks or eight weeks after treatment(P>0.05).2.After four weeks of treatment, the PDSS score of the treatment group was not significantly higher than that before, and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After eight weeks of treatment, the scores of treatment group was significantly higher in PDSS than before treatment, with significant difference in statistics(P<0.01).After eight weeks treatment, the PDSS score level of the treatment group was increasing significantly compared with four week treatment after. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Comparing after four weeks of treatment, the PDSS score after eight weeks did not increase significantly in the control group,so there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The score of control group after four weeks treatment compared with that of treatment after eight weeks has not increased significantly,no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of control group did not increase significantly after eight weeks treatment compared with that of treatment after four weeks. The result was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparing the PDSS scores of the two groups after four weeks treatment, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).However,comparing the PDSS scores of the two groups after eight weeks treatment, there was no statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The HAMA,NMSS and SCOPA-AUT scores in the treatment group were not significantly lower than those before treatment for four weeks, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After eight weeks of treatment in the treatment group, the scores of HAMA,NMSS and SCOPA-AUT were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there were significant differences in statistics(P<0.01).The scores of HAMA,NMSS and SCOPA-AUT after eight weeks in the treatment group compared with after four weeks, were significantly lower, there was no statistical significance(P<0.01).Respectively comparing the scores of HAMA,NMSS and SCOPA-AUT of treatment group between after four and eight weeks, the result reveal that the scores were decreased obviously, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After eight weeks treatment, those scores were not significantly lower than after four weeks in control group, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Comparing the HAMA,NMSS and SCOPA-AUT scores of the two groups after four weeks treatment, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).However,comparing the HAMA,NMSS and SCOPA-AUT scores of the two groups after eight weeks treatment, there was no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture Baihui and Dazhui combined with rehabilitation robot training can gradually improve many early non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease2.Acupuncture Baihui and Dazhui combined with rehabilitation robot training for eight weeks can improve scores of PDSS,HAMA and NMSS in early Parkinson’s disease, and the improvement on anxiety, sleep and autonomic nervous function was obviously better than that of four weeks after treatment.3.Acupuncture Baihui and Dazhui combined with rehabilitation robot training can reduce the score of NMSS,and can improve overall non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson’s disease.4.Acupuncture Baihui,Dazhui combined with rehabilitation robot training for four weeks or eight weeks were failing to ameliorate scores of SF-MPQ and HAMD significantly in early Parkinson’s disease, and can’t relieve the pain or depressive symptoms of early Parkinson’s disease.5.Acupuncture Baihui,Dazhui combined with rehabilitation robot training without obvious adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
