The Practice Of The Group Home Nursing Mode In The Discharge Period Of The Hospital After Ureteral Stent Implantation

Objective To explore the clinical role of the group home nursing mode in the discharge period of the hospital after ureteral stent implantation.Methods In this study,62 patients with ureteral stent implantation in our hospital during the period of October-2017 May 2017 were collected and selected according to the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 31 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the group home nursing mode,the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode.When the patients returned to hospital for 4 weeks,the IPSS International Prostatic Symptom Score,the SF-36 quality of life score and the HAMD anxiety and depression score were compared in the 2 groups.The 2 groups of patients after discharge were compared and the related complications were compared.Results When the patients returned to hospital for 4 weeks,(1)the experimental group and the control group of patients with HAMD Anxiety Scale score at discharge and no significant difference[(11.35+5.36)than(12.48+6.01),t=0.781,P=0.438],in the 4 week two times back to the hospital,the experimental group and the control group of patients with HAMD anxiety scale scores were 7.92(+2.34),(11.28+5.16)points,through statistical calculation,t=3.302,P=0.001.In addition,a hospital,the experimental group had two times the return to the hospital anxiety symptoms improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant[(11.35+5.36)than(7.92+2.34),t=25.63,P=0.000].and control group were two times the return to the hospital anxiety symptoms did not improve obviously,there was no significant difference between[(12.48+6.01)than(11.28+5.16),t=0.844,P=0.402].(2)patients in the experimental group,as in urine interruption,voiding difficulty,difficulty,bieniao urgency and frequency,nocturia 7 lower urinary tract symptom scores were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.29,12.68,15.07,14.63,5.748,5.242,12.74,P<0).The total score of the IPSS score in the experimental group was 17.15,and the total score of the IPSS score in the control group was 29.79,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.99,P<0).(3)2 groups of patients returned to the hospital two times,SF-36 quality of life score difference was statistically significant[(115.46+6.01)than(86.49+5.24),t=20.23,P=0.000];on the scale of the physiological function,physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function mental health,8 evaluation dimensions,the patients in the experimental group were better than that in control group(t=8.438,6.534,13.55,11.35,9.451,4.51,3.619,11.23,P<0.05).(4)in the experimental group,7 cases(22.6%)developed urinary tract irritation,6 cases(19.4%)developed hematuria,5 cases(16.1%)developed urinary tract infection,7 cases(22.6%)had stone formation,and 1 cases(32.2%)had stent displacement.The control group of 14 cases(45.2%)occurred in patients with urinary tract irritation,13 cases(41.9%)occurred in 12 cases(38.7%)hematuria,urinary tract infection,14 cases(45.2%)occurred in stone formation,4 cases(12.9%)had stent migration,2 groups of patients in the 5 kinds of complication rate difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Group home care model used in ureteral stenting after discharge tube in patients with summary,can improve the quality of life of patients with tube,improve the psychological state of anxiety of patients,reduce the complications,recommended as a routine clinical nursing mode with tube,to popularize in clinical.
