The Effect Of Shen Ze Shu Gan Capsule On B-mode Ultrasound In Patients With Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

Objective:To observe the improvement of liver B-ultrasound in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(stagnation of blood and damp heat syndrome)by Shen Ze Shugan capsule,and to study the correlation between liver B ultrasound and TCM syndrome and the effect of liver function,to evaluate its safety and provide a basis for clinical treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods:From November 2016 to July 2017,42 cases of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were diagnosed in the Department of endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,which met the standard of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.The treatment of Shenze Shugan capsule was given by self control before and after treatment,5 tablets each time and three times daily for 24 weeks.After the end of treatment,we observed the improvement of liver ultrasound,the correlation between liver B ultrasound,TCM syndromes and liver function.Result:1.improvement of liver B ultrasound:Compared with before treatment,the liver B ultrasonography,the recovery of liver form and substance,the echo of the liver near and far field,the display of intrahepatic bile duct structure,the direction of the intrahepatic vascular,the right lobe of the liver,the echo of the right lobe of the liver,and the echo of the transverse septum were significantly improved.The statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the pre treatment and the post treatment(P<0.05).2.In the study of the correlation between liver B ultrasound and TCM syndrome and the effect of liver function,6 cases of liver B ultrasonic recovery(18.75%),6 cases of obvious effect(18.75%),16 cases of effective(50%)and 4 cases of null and void(12.5%).8 cases of TCM syndrome obvious effect(25%),20 cases of effective(62.5%),and 4 cases of null and void(12.5%).The improvement of liver function in 25 cases was effective(78.13%)and 7 cases were ineffective(21.87%).In the case of liver B ultrasonic recovery,obvious effect and effective,the improvement of TCM syndrome in 1 cases and liver function in 4 patients were ineffective.In the absence of liver B ultrasound,the liver function and TCM syndrome could also be improved in 1 cases.3.Safety evaluation:Before and after the treatment,blood cell analysis,urine analysis,routine analysis of stool,electrocardiogram,renal function,blood lipid and other safety indexes were not abnormal,the patient had no adverse reaction and complaint,and the patient was well tolerated.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of Shen Ze Shu Gan capsule is remarkable,and it can effectively improve the B-mode ultrasonography of liver in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.2.In the study of the correlation between liver B ultrasound and TCM syndrome and the effect of liver function.In the case of liver B ultrasonic recovery,obvious effect and effective,a few patients had no improvement in liver function and TCM syndromes,but the liver function and TCM syndrome can also be improved in the case of liver B ultrasonic null and void.3.Shen Ze Shu Gan capsule is safe,non-toxic,side effects and adverse events.
