| Objective:by observing the Sanyepian for type 2 diabetes(phlegm turbidity stasis resistance)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with symptomatic efficacy of integral,efficient syndromes and fasting glucose,OGTT2h blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,objective evaluation of the Sanyepian for type 2 diabetes(phlegm turbidity stasis resistance)in patients with clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:in December 2016-09,2017 from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine in the second affiliated hospital endocrine outpatient clinic patients,96 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients(phlegm turbidity stasis resistance),a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,all patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 48 patients.Period(0 to 6 weeks to days)two groups of patients were taking metformin 1500 mg/day,treatment observation period(0 to 24 weeks)in treatment group,on the basis of taking metformin,taking the Sanyepian 5 piece/time,3 times/day.In the control group,on the basis of taking metformin,the Sanyepian simulation tablets were taken for 5 tablets/time,3 times/day.Drug treatment for 24 weeks,by looking at two groups of patients before and after treatment of fasting plasma glucose,OGTT2h blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,and the change of TCM syndrome integral,and record adverse events and side effects,such as evaluation of the Sanyepian diabetes(phlegm turbidity stasis resistance)of the clinical safety and efficacy.Results:1.General information:the general information(gender,age)of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and it was comparable.There was no significant change in liver function,renal function and blood urine routine before and after treatment in both groups,with no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)syndrome(TCM syndromes):TCM syndrome(TCM syndromes):single integrals of TCM syndromes in the first two groups,no statistical significance(P>0.05);After treatment,the score of treatment group decreased,and the difference between the control group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the comparison of TCM syndromes in the control group before and after treatment.Total score of TCM syndrome:the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the total score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the total score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:8 cases were cured by TCM syndromes in the treatment group after treatment,11 cases showed effective effect,23 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 89.36%.Control way of TCM syndrome curative effect to heal 0 cases,2 cases had marked effect,10 cases of effective and ineffective 34 cases,total effective rate 26.09%,two groups of curative effect comparison of syndromes,statistically significant difference(P<0.01).4.Comparison of fasting blood glucose,ogtt2-hour blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin:fasting blood glucose in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.2 hours of glycemic control:the ogtt2-hour blood glucose was compared between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the OGTT2 blood glucose of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with OGTT2h blood glucose before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Glycosylated hemoglobin:there was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the glycemic hemoglobin of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The Sanyepian for type 2 diabetes(phlegm turbidity stasis resistance)patients in the TCM symptoms curative effect of integral,fasting glucose,OGTT2 hours blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,etc have obvious improvement effect,prove the Sanyepian in patients with diabetes(phlegm turbidity stasis resistance syndrome)clinical curative effect.2.The Sanyepian have no toxic side effects and are safe and reliable. |
