The Clinical Efficacy Study Of Pediatric Tuina Hand Manipulation Integrating With Flash Cupping For Lung Deficiency Wind Cold Allergic Rhinitis In Children

Objective The aim of this article is to investigate the curative effect of Pediatric Tuina hand manipulation with flash cupping for lung deficiency wind cold allergic rhinitis in children,comparing the effect treat with conventional Tuina hand manipulation and west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na,to observe its symptoms improvement and total credits at different time,to evaluate the effect differences and advantages of the technique,there for to work out an effective Chinese Medicine external hand manipulation technique,for the prevention and treatment of lung deficiency wind cold allergic rhinitis in children.Method 150 children patients with lung deficiency wind cold allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into 3 groups.The first group was treated with hand manipulation combining with flash cupping,the second group was treated with conventional Tuina manipulation,while the third group was treated with nasal spay of Nei Shu Na.The treatment course is all for 4 weeks.For the first group and second group,patients had treatment once a day for 5 days,then three times a week for another 3 weeks.For third group,patients had nasal spray of Nei Shu Na once a day in first week,every another day on the second and third week,and once every three days on the fourth week.We evaluate its symptoms improvement and compare the effect differences between the three groups respectively in 1 week and 4 weeks during the treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment.Results The clinical study showed that the effect of Tuina hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is superior to conventional Tuina manipulation and west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na(P<0.05)in relieving symptoms such as running nose,itching,nasal congestion and sneezing etc.After 1-week treatment,the total effective rate of the group with hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is 90.00%,the total effective rate of the group with conventional hand manipulation is 34.00%,the total effective rate of the group with west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na is 98.00%;the short term effect of west medicine and hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is superior to conventional Tuina manipulation.After 4-weeks treatment,the total effective rate of the group with hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is 98.00%,the total effective rate of the group with conventional hand manipulation is 90.00%,the total effective rate of the group with west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na is 86.00%;the effect of conventional Tuina manipulation and hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is superior to west medicine nasal spray(P<0.05).One month after the completion of the treatment,the total effective rate of the group with hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is 92.00%,the total effective rate of the group with conventional hand manipulation is 72.00%,the total effective rate of the group with west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na is 10.00%,the effect of hand manipulation combining with flash cupping and conventional Tuina manipulation is superior to west medicine(P<0.05).Three months after the completion of the treatment,the total effective rate of the group with hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is 80.00%,the total effective rate of the group with conventional hand manipulation is 28.00%,the total effective rate of the group with west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na is 6.00%,the long term effect of both hand manipulation combining with flash cupping and conventional Tuina manipulation is superior to west medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion The long term effect of hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is superior to west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na;however both long term and short term effect of hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is superior to conventional Tuina manipulation,the short term effect of hand manipulation combining with flash cupping is similar to west medicine nasal spray of Nei Shu Na,but superior to conventional Tuina manipulation in relieving symptoms such as running nose,itching,nasal congestion and sneezing,it is concluded that this method is applicable for the prevention and treatment of lung deficiency wind cold allergic rhinitis in children.
