Warm Acupuncture Combined With Exercise Therapy Treatment Curative Effect Observation Of Early Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective Through the study of the temperature of KOA patients in the early treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise therapy,the integrated application of these two technologies to clear the curative effect of using the method of knee joint function recovery,increase the stability of the knee joint,relieve knee pain and swelling,increase the ability of patients daily living activities,provide technical treatment for this disease clinical treatment procedures,and promotion,so as to bring good social benefit and economic benefit.Methods 120 cases(120 knees)comply with the order according to the doctor,in accordance with the standards were randomized controlled method in three groups,the experimental group and control group(treatment group,oral glucosamine sulfate group).Experimental group(40 cases)with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion find:inside the knee,tu PI,overhead cranes,blood,Liang Qiu,Yin ling springs,gb 34 and o is the acupuncture point,after acupuncture needling,to the knee in eye,tu PI and moxa cone moxibustion,moxibustion 2 zhuang.Acupuncture treatment 1 times a day,five times a week.Rehabilitation training:exercise muscles around the knee joint.30 exercise therapy in each group,group 2 a day,five times a week.Control group patients in treatment group(40 cases)using movement,therapy with the treatment group exercise therapy;(40 cases)with celecoxib in treatment group,ocelecoxib(Celebrex,HuiRui pharmaceutical industrial co.,LTD.),1 PCS each time,1 times a day.1 time before and after 6 weeks treatment respectively for 20 meters walking VAS pain assessment and quadriceps muscle power rating,osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score and curative effect evaluation,and record the safety,compliance.And in the treatment of 30 days after the end of follow-up,observe the three groups with visitor osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,by comparing the data,provide the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise therapy on the basis of temperature.Results ①After the course of treatment,treatment group,control group 2 patients and 20 meters walking before treatment VAS pain assessment of comparative differences were significant(P<0.05),and compare the differences between experimental group and the control way also has the significant significance(P<0.01);②after the course of treatment,treatment group,control group 2 patients compared with quadriceps muscle assessment before treatment differences were significant(P<0.05),and compare the differences between experimental group and the control way also has the significant significance(P<0.01);③after the course of treatment,treatment group,control group 2 patients with osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score before treatment to compare differences were significant(P<0.05),and compare the differences between experimental group and the control way also has the significant significance(P<0.01);④after the course of treatment,treatment group effective rate was 100%,the exercise group effective rate was 74.4%,effective drug group 46.8%,the experimental group and control group 2 significant treatment effectiveness of difference(P<0.01);⑤30 days,the experimental group and control group 2 cases effectively WOMAC scores compared with treatment at the end,no obvious difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05),treatment group and control group comparison of two groups,the score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study demonstrates early warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise therapy to treat KOA effectively;Warm acupuncture combined with exercise therapy can from the pain,increase strength,improve joint stability three fundamental problems early treatment of KOA;Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise therapy to treat KOA early has the advantages of slow progression,safe without side effects.
