The Effect Of Baixia Baizhu Tianma Decoction After Variation In The Quality Of Life And Blood Pressure For Patients With Hypertension And Abundant Phlegm-dampness Syndrome

Objective:Observation of the effect of Baixia Baizhu Tianma decoction after variation in the quality of Life and blood pressure for patients with Hypertension and abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods:The selected patients came from the heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular clinic during February 2016 to October 2016.All of them were diagnosed with Hypertension and abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome.98 cases were selected and randomly divided into control group(49 cases)and experimental group(49 cases).The control group were given non-drug(reducing salt intake,weight control,etc.)and drugs(Valsartan capsules+Levamlodipine Beslate)treatment.Except the condition of control group,the treatment group were given another chinese medicine the variation of Baixia Baizhu Tianma decoction.Before and after the treatment,ABPM,TCM symptom scores and evaluation of duchenne high blood pressure quality of life scale were made.Results:1.After the treatment,the control group had a significant d ecline in dizziness,headache,head heavy,chest stufly and TCM sy mptom score(p<0.01).The experimental group had a significant decline in vertigo,headache,head heavy,chest stufly,vomit,palpitati ons,insomnia and TCM symptom score(p<0.01).After the treatme nt,the experimental group compared with the control group had a significant decline in vertigo,headache,head heavy,chest stufly,vomit,palpitations,insomnia and TCM symptom score(p<0.01),the rate of improvement in TCM symptom was higher than the con trol group(p<0.01).2.After the treatment,the control group had a significant d ecline in 24hSBP,24hDBP,d SBP,d DBP,nSBP,nDBP,24hSBPL,24hDBP L,AASI(p<0.01),After the treatment,the experimental group had a significant decline in 24hSBP,24 HDBP,dSBP,dDBP,n SBP,nDB,24hSBPL,24hDBPL,AASI(p<0.01)and had a improvement in 24hSS I(p<0.05).After the treatment,the experimental group had a sign ificant decline in 24hSBP,24hDBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP(p<0.01)and a decline in nDBP,24hSSI,24hDBPL,24hSBPL(p<0.05)and the e xperimental group had a higher rate of blood efficiency and rea ching the standard(p<0.01).3.After the treatment,the control group had a significant im provement in physical symptoms,somatization symptom,anxiety,an tagonism fourdimension and total score of life quality scale(p<0.01).The experimental treatment group had a significant improv ement in physical symptoms,somatization symptom,sleep,anxiety,r epression,antagonism six dimension and total score of life qualit y scale(p<0.01).After the treatment,the experimental treatment group compared with the control group had a significant improv ement in physical symptoms,somatization symptom,sleep,anxiety,antagonism five-dimension and total score of life quality scale(p<0.01).Conlusions:1.Baixia Baizhu Tianma decoction after variation can signi ficantly remit symptom with Hypertension and abundant phlegmdampness syndrome.2.Baixia Baizhu Tianma decoction after variation can signi ficantly reduce the blood pressure and blood pressure load,incre ase the rate of blood efficiency and reaching the standard in p atients with Hypertension and abundant phlegm-damp ness syndro me.3.Baixia Baizhu Tianma decoction after variation can signi ficantly increase quality of life in patients with Hypertension a nd abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome.
