| Steam distillation was widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine of volatile oil extraction technology,but in industrial production because of low separation efficiency of moment and volatile oil extraction of oily water need technology of post-processing implementation of organic solvent extraction,salt storage,distillation.The separation process is complex and need to deal with heating,and volatile oil yield of retreatment is generally low,effective components in oil by heat damage or due to process is affected by many factors caused the content fluctuations larger.Therefore,the extraction of volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine and separation technology has been a bottleneck in the development and application he membrane separation technology of vapor permeation is a new type of membrane technology which can be used for the separation of vapor and air mixture,and have the advantages of phase transition,efficiency,low power consumption with simple equipment and low technological scale up effect,are preferred ways of environmental protection,and has a good application prospects which in the petroleum chemical industry.The membrane separation of vapor permeation was first used to separate the volatile oil from oily water of traditional Chinese medicine,and the difference of permeability of organic matter in organic matter fraction by Steam and the components of volatile oil to explore the prelimary study on the vapour permeation membrane separation process of volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine.The main research:Firstly,Characterization of the properties of membranes of vapor permeation for the separation of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine.The selection of organic priority membrane,polydimethyl siloxane/polyvinylidene fluoride(PDMS/PVDF)and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane were characterized by scaning electron microscopy(SEM)and membrane contact angle of the film separation characteristics and preliminary analysis of volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine for the feasibility of separation of oily water.(1)The SEM found that PDMS/PVDF membrane and PVDF membrane surface leveling in good condition,uniform texture,and the separation performance of membrane of PDMS/PVDF is mainly determined by the PDMS active layer;membrane of PVDF surface has holes,and the permeation flux of membrane of PVDF is higher than that of the membrane of PDMS/PVDF,and it is presumed that it is suitable for industrial production.(2)Membrane contact angle results show that membrane of PDMS/PVDF and PVDF of different volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine in difference membrane contact angle is larger.And membrane of PDMS/PVDF and PVDF can be used in the separation of oily water from volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine,and membrane of PVDF is stronger affinity than membrane ofPDMS/PVDF.more suitable for the application of industrial production.Secondly.The operation condition of membrane of PDMS/PVDF from the oily water by the membrane technique of vapor permeation was tested.And the volatile oil and their oily water of chaihu was studyed the effect of operating conditions such as the mass fraction of feed solution,raw material liquid temperature,membrane downstream pressure,condensate temperature,operation time on performance of membrane of PDMS/PVDF,to determine the feasibility of the separation of the volatile oil of Traditional Chinese Medicine by technology of vapor permeation.The results show:(1)The volatile oil of chaihu can be separated from the volatile oil by the membrane of PDMS/PVDF of vapor permeation.(2)The operating conditions for the process of membrane of PDMS/PVDF are identified as:raw material liquid volatile oil mass fraction is 5%.material liquid temperature 120℃,membrane downstream pressure of 0.3kPa,coolant temperature for 1℃,the operating time of 1h.From above all conditions.the process of vapor permeation and separation of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results.Thirdly,The membrane process of the separation of volatile oil from oily water was studied by using PDMS/PVDF membrane.27 kinds of representative of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine from oily water,by using GC-MS analysis membrane of PVDF by vapor permeation through selectivity before and after the separation of volatile oil in multicomponent through the situation and investigate the feasibility of separation the volatile oil by vapor permeation.(1)The results show the the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine can be separated from the traditional Chinese medicine in the oily water by using the PDMS/PVDF membrane of vapor permeation.(2)GC-MS analysis showed that:the permeability of the oil in the oil is sufficient to retain.Finally,The membrane process of the separation of volatile oil-chaihu,chuanxiong,bohe.dingxiang from oily water was studied by using PVDF membrane.(1)The results show the the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine can be separated from the traditional Chinese medicine in the oily water by using the PVDF membrane of vapor permeation.(2)GC-MS analysis showed that:the permeability of the oil in the oil is sufficient to retain.The membrane separation principle of dissolution-diffusion is firstly introduced into the separation of volatile components in Traditional Chinese Medicine,The suitability of the separation of volatile oil from oily water of traditional Chinese medicine was verified by the separation of the vapor permeation to explore the transfer relationship between the new material and its micro structure due to the interaction between molecules,expand the application of membrane technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the theoretical research and technological innovation in the pharmaceutical engineering of traditional Chinese medicine. |
