Analysis Of Gasless Single-port Laparoscopic Surgery In Varicocele

Objective Preliminary analysis the safety and feasibility of gasless single-port laparoscopic surgery in varicocele.Methods In First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from Jan.2014 to Dec.2014,the 43 cases of varicocele patients(all the left)were collected.there were 20 patients in gasless group and 23 patients in CO2 pneumoperitoneum group.Comparison of peri-operative changes were done between gasless group and CO2 pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic group,including detection of two groups of patients before the start of anesthesia(T1),suspension or gas after the abdomen after the establishment of 30min(T2)and the suspension or removal of pneumoperitoneum 10min(T3)and mean arterial pressure of three time-point,central venous pressure(CVP),heart rate,oxygen saturation,PH value,the arterial pressure of CO2(PaCO2)level,and record the differences of operative time,postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds and postoperative hospital stay and semen routine between the two groups.Results Surgery of 43 patients were successful,There were no differences in operative time and postoperative hospitalization time(P>0.05).differences of the time of bowel function recovery,the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and that of central venous pressure in the experimental group,PaCO2 levels were points in time T2 the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in sperm count,motility,or morphology between the two groups before Preoperative(P>0.05),The mean of all semen parameters improved significantly 3 months after ligation(P<0.05).Conclusion Gasless single-port laparoscopic technique is more safe and feasible method for treatment of varicocele,and easy to maintain stabilization of patient’s vital signs during operative time,and also have advantages of small incision,quick recovery,scar hidden.CO2 pneumoperitoneum group was gurgling sound recovery time is longer,a higher incidence of nausea and vomiting,and gasless laparoscopic group have no effect of CO2 on hemodynamics and internal environment of the patient’s blood vessel.
