| Objective:Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a disease that often occurs in women of childbearing age due to endocrine abnormalities,the incidence rate of about 5%-10%.Gynecological related clinical manifestations are irregular menstruation,infertility and abortion,etc.,but also can be accompanied by hairy,facial acne,body fat,black,etc.,there is a risk of threatened abortion after pregnancy.And early pregnancy(3 months before pregnancy)the rate of spontaneous abortion is as high as 30%-50%,the greater the difficulty of treatment.Not only affect the quality of daily life of PCOS women,but also have a further impact on the physical and mental health of the patients.Through the study of PCOS patients with early spontaneous abortion reasons,to help the development of the good pregnancy outcome.However,the current treatment on PCOS threatened abortion of early pregnancy,western medicine to take symptomatic treatment,no specific drugs,Chinese medicine,therapy of Tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen for the treatment of the principle,giving of treatment of TCM,clinical curative effect is distinct,the outlook is very good.Changes of IRS-1 and PI3K factors in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway may influence the development of PCOS patients,and cause the occurrence of abortion.This paper aims to study the effect of the therapy of Tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen on PCOS of threatened abortion patients serum TC,TG,LDL,HDL,and explore the correlation of decidua and trophoblast cells of PI3K signaling pathway in IRS-1 and PI3K and PCOS abortion.Methods:The first part of the experiment:81 cases of hospitalized patients or outpatients were divided into the control group(A group):26 cases(30 cases of a total of cases of healthy early pregnancy women,because of personal reasons out of 4 cases),did not give any disposal.The experimental group(B,c):55 cases,including:normal weight PCOS group(B group),26 cases(3 cases of spontaneous abortion and 1 cases of stillbirth)and overweight PCOS group(C group)29 cases(3 cases of spontaneous abortion and 2 cases of stillbirths),be the kidney and spleen of TCM Method for 4 weeks.Application of SPSS 19.0 software statistical analysis of A,B,C three groups of patients with age,pregnancy days,weight,waist hip ratio,serum test results.A,B,C three groups of patients with serum beta-HCG,P,E2,TC,,TG,,LDL,HDL,FPG,,FINS levels and HOMA-IR index.The second part of the experiment:30 cases of hospitalized patients or outpatients were divided into control group(group A):10 cases of normal pregnancy and abortion patients.Experimental group(B,c):a total of 20 cases of PCOS pregnancy abortion failure patients,including 10 cases of normal weight PCOS group(group B)in 10 cases and overweight PCOS group(Group C),using spss19.0 analysis a,B,C three groups of patients with age,pregnancy days,body weight,waist to hip ratio,decidua and trophoblast cell detection results.The levels of IRS-1 and PI3K in the groups of A,B and C were observed in the patients of the three groups of patientsResults:Before treatment,compared with the A group,C group LDL,TG,TC levels significantly increased,HDL significantly reduced,HDL group B significantly decreased,TC levels were significantly elevated,overweight(C)TG,LDL levels were significantly higher than normal weight(B group).The second part:the IRS-1 and PI3K levels in the B group,C group and group were significantly lower than that in the A group,and the C group was significantly lower than that in the B group.Conclusion:Therapy of Tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen can increase the serum level of P and hCG,E2 level,can be in a certain extent reduced fasting insulin,fasting blood glucose,TC,TG,LDL levels,improve HDL levels,in order to promote embryo development and the maintenance of normal pregnancy.PCOS patients due to IRS-1,PI3K decreased expression of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is inhibited,leading to pathological pregnancy,abortion. |
