| In recent years,the scale of fruit production in Sichuan has been expanding continuously.Due to the complex environment of the main fruit producing areas with hilly and mountainous areas as the core,it is difficult for agricultural machinery to enter the orchards,and it is difficult to transport agricultural materials and agricultural products.Therefore,it is urgent to develop transportation tools suitable for Sichuan hilly and mountainous orchards.Among all the current modes of transport,monorail is the most suitable mode of transport for Sichuan region.However,there are some problems in the applicability,reliability and safety of the products on the market.The main performance is that the load weight is concentrated in less than 300 Kg,the running speed is not adjustable,the climbing Angle is mainly 40° or below,the track is easy to settle and rust in the connection for a long time,and the heavy load is easy to topple when bending.Taking mountain orchard monorail as the research object,this study studied the main technical parameters,transportation conditions and key devices of operation support of mountain orchard monorail,and determined the double-drive self-propelled mountain monorail with maximum climbing slope of 48°,minimum turning radius of 4m,loading mass of 350 kg and running speed of 0.55~0.73m/s.The main research results are as follows:(1)Overall structure of monorail transport vehicle in mountain orchard Determine the overall layout and functions of the main components such as cargo box,track and support frame,anti-dumping device and variable speed reversing device in mountain orchard monorail transport vehicle;The working process of monorail transport vehicle under three working conditions: straight track,turning track and slope track is determined.(2)Design and parameter optimization of variable speed reversing device for monorail transport vehicle in mountain orchard.Determine the layout of the variable speed reversing device in the transmission system of the transport vehicle,and determine the layout and transmission route of all levels of gear transmission in the variable speed reversing device;The basic parameters and mathematical relationship of each gear transmission shaft in forward fast gear are determined.The optimization mathematical model and method of gear transmission are established with light weight as the goal;Determine the basic parameters of gear transmission based on optimization design method;The transient dynamics analysis of gear meshing in this transmission is carried out.(3)The design of anti-dumping device for monorail transport vehicle in mountain orchard and the parameter optimization of walking gear train.Determine the layout of two anti-dumping devices and the traveling gear train on the transport vehicle,and determine the layout structure of the single border dumping device and the traveling gear train;The basic parameters and mathematical relationship of anti-dumping device,walking gear train and spring are determined.The optimization mathematical model and method of key component spring are established with the goal of lightweight;Determine the basic parameters of the stressed spring based on the optimization design method;The anti-dumping device and the traveling gear train are simulated and analyzed in the turning track.(4)Optimal design of track and supporting frame of monorail transport vehicle in mountain orchard.Determine the structure of the support frame and the installation layout under the track;The basic parameters of the support frame are determined.The mechanical analysis of the support frame under two working conditions of straight track and turning track is completed,and the optimization mathematical model and method of the support frame are established.Determine the basic parameters of the support frame based on the optimization design method;The stress,strain and mode of the support frame under turning condition are simulated and analyzed.(5)Trial production and operation promotion of mountain monorail transport vehicle prototype.Trial-production of the tractor,part of the track and supporting part of the container of the prototype has been completed,and the prototype demonstration has been completed in the modern agricultural circle of Penggan,Qingshen County,Meishan,with good results,all of which meet its design requirements.Then it was popularized and used in Shimian County of Ya’an and Ebian Yi Autonomous County,which promoted the modernization of agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas. |
