| Loquat,native to south of China,is an off-season characteristic fruit with its great flavor and high nutritional value.However,in recent years,in the actual production of loquat,blind application of large doses of chemical fertilizers has led to prominent problems such as low nutrient utilization efficiency,significant decline in tree vigor,reduced yield,and poor fruit quality.his has not only accelerated the degradation of the’Big Five Star’loquat variety,but also restricted the healthy and sustainable development of Sichuan’s loquat industry.Microbial agent is rich in many lands of microorganisms,with the characteristics of green and high fertilizer efficiency,which has been widely used in production of field crops,fruits and vegetables.In this study,Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.’Dawuxing’ was selected as materials,and distilled water as the control,the effects of microbial agents at different dilution times(50,100,150,200 times)on the growth and nutrient absorption of loquat seedlings were explored through pot experiment.And the effects of microbial agents at different dilution times(50,100,150,200 times)on fruit quality were investigated through field experiments he aim of this study was to screen out the appropriate concentration of microbial agents to promote the growth and nutrient absorption of seedlings and improve the fruit quality,which provided reference for loquat cultivation.The main research results are as follows:(1)The biomasses,photosynthetic pigments contents,antioxidant enzymes activities and soluble protein contents of loquat seedlings were increased by spraying different concentrations of microbial agent.he promoted growth of 100 times treatment was the most significant.Compared with control,the biomasses of roots,stems and leaves of 100 times treatment were significantly increased by 13.33%,33.06%and 34.72%,respectively,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid were increased by 11.68%,25%,15.94%and 17.19%,respectively.The activities of peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,catalase and soluble protein contents of leaves treated with 100 times microbial agent were the highest,which increased by 86.08%,30.23%,20.00%and 17.86%,respectively,in comparison with the control.(2)Leaf spraying with different concentrations of microbial agents significantly increased the contents of total contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in roots,stems,leaves and shoots of loquat seedlings,and promoted the absorption and transport of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.Among them,100 times microbial agent promoted nutrient absorption most significantly.Compared with the control,the total contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the shoots were increased by 17.34%,19.86%and 11.04%,respectively,and the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in shoots were increased by 57.28%,60.35%and 48.81%,respectively.The transport of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the aboveground parts increased by 246.78,407.93 and 407.08 percentage points,respectively.(3)Spraying suitable concentration of microbial agent improved the appearance and nutrition quality of loquat fruit.he optimal concentration of microbial agent(50-150 times)increased fruit weight,vertical diameter and transverse diameter he highest fruit weight was treated by 100 times microbial agent.he contents of soluble sugar and titrable acid were significantly increased by different dilution ratios of microbial agent compared with control.Among them,the contents of soluble sugar,phenol and flavonoids in fruits treated by 100 times microbial agent were the highest,with the increases of 20.96%,52.59%and 14.52%,respectively,in comparison with control.In summary,the growth,the absorption and transport of macroelements of loquat seedlings,and the fruit quality were improved by spraying Afferent dilution ratios of microbial agents.Among them,100 times microbial agents had the best effect. |
