There are abundant wild Allium plant resources in Tibet.Allium japonicum is a local characteristic wild vegetable resource with high nutritional value,and has the value of industrial development and utilization.Artificial cultivation is the basis,but there is no report on its artificial cultivation at present.In the wild state,the edible part of Allium japonicum is easy to fibrosis and the taste is poor.Therefore,artificial cultivation can reduce the crude fiber content and improve the taste quality by optimizing the cultivation environment conditions.Nutrient solution culture can be used to change the crude fiber content and improve the taste quality by adjusting the nutrient composition and changing the environmental conditions for three-dimensional multi-layer culture.In this study,two different seedling ages of Allium chinense were used as materials for different nutrient solution cultivation.The main results were as follows:(1)The results of one-year-old seedlings of Allium przewalskii were as follows: Allium przewalskii was the best in growth index,yield,water content and number of mature seeds;The chlorophyll content of Allium przewalskii was the highest in Green Leaf Vegetable Universal Nutrient Solution.The contents of VC,soluble protein and total soluble sugar in leaves were the highest and the lowest in stems.The cellulose content of Allium glaucum was the lowest in stems and the highest in leaves.The Ca and B contents of the main mineral substances in the stem and leaf of Allium tuberosum were the most.Considering the growth,yield,nutrition and so on,the formula of general nutrient solution for green leafy vegetables is more suitable for the planting needs of annual green and sweet leek seedlings.(2)The results of two-month-old seedlings of Allium glaucum were as follows: the growth index,yield,chlorophyll content and water content of Allium glaucum were the best when 20% chelated fluid Fe,B,Zn and Ca were applied in the general nutrient solution of green leafy vegetables;The soluble protein content and total soluble sugar content of Allium glaucum were the highest in stems and the VC content in leaves when 20% chelated fluid Fe,B,Zn and Ca were applied in leaves of Allium glaucum L.The cellulose content of Allium glaucum was the lowest in stems and the highest in leaves when 20%chelated fluid Fe,B,Zn and Ca were applied in leaves of Allium glaucum L.In the same condition,the amount of Fe and B in the main mineral substances of Allium fistulosum Thunb.Considering the growth,yield,nutrition and so on,20% chelated fluid Fe,B,Zn and Ca fertilizer in the general nutrient solution of green leafy vegetables will make the comprehensive performance of two-month-old Allium sativum seedlings better.Overall,the optimal cultivation formula of one-year-old seedlings was the general nutrient solution formula of green leafy vegetables,and the optimal cultivation formula of two-month-old seedlings was the general nutrient solution formula of green leafy vegetables plus 20% chelated fluid iron,boron,zinc and calcium fertilizer.The results showed that nutrient solution culture could effectively reduce the cellulose content of Allium japonicum stem.Different nutrient solution should be used according to different planting demands,but the most suitable chelating fluid micronutrient fertilizer for growth and development of Allium fistulosum was not selected.After that,the optimum concentration of chelated fluid micronutrient fertilizer could be selected.
