The application of information technology in modern agricultural production is becoming more and more common.However,there are still some problems affecting the efficiency and resource utilization of agricultural machinery in agricultural production.Therefore,this paper aims to explore an intelligent scheduling method that can improve the service quality and income of multi-regional agricultural machinery operation,and develop a corresponding scheduling management system.This paper first introduces the research progress and shortcomings in the fields related to agricultural machinery scheduling at home and abroad,and analyzes the factors affecting agricultural machinery scheduling in actual situations.Secondly,according to the soft time window and model constraints,a mathematical model of multi-regional agricultural machinery scheduling problem is constructed.Then,a two-stage scheduling algorithm based on Tyson’s polygon division and hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed for this problem,and its effectiveness and superiority are verified by test sample data.In order to measure operational quality,earth coordinates are transformed into rectangular plane coordinates,after which the ladder method’s design,that takes into account the operating trajectory of agricultural machinery,calculates the corresponding operating area of each task point and compares it with a traditional measuring area instrument;At the software level,this paper designs an agricultural machinery dispatching management system with complete functions and easy operation under the framework of five levels of user layer,application layer,service layer,data layer and equipment layer.The research work of this paper is as follows :(1)Establish an agricultural machinery scheduling model that meets the actual operation conditions.For the agricultural machinery scheduling model,by comparing with the vehicle scheduling model,according to the factors of space,time,farmland operation points,cooperatives and agricultural machinery,the minimum scheduling cost in agricultural machinery scheduling is taken as the scheduling goal,and the scheduling cost considers the transfer cost,start-up cost,time cost and other aspects of agricultural machinery,so as to establish a mathematical model of agricultural machinery scheduling with soft time window,multi-region and multi-agricultural machinery.(2)A two-stage scheduling algorithm is designed and verified by sample cases.The two-stage algorithm mainly includes two parts : region division and algorithm scheduling.In the region division stage,the farmland order is divided into regions by using the spatial distribution characteristics of Thiessen polygon,so that the multi-region scheduling problem is transformed into a single-region scheduling problem.In the algorithm scheduling stage,firstly,the inertia weight,self-influence factor,global influence factor and other parameters of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm are improved.Secondly,the crossover and mutation operations in the genetic algorithm are introduced;Then the elimination mechanism is added to the particles with poor fitness.Finally,the algorithm is tested by the sample data set and compared with the results calculated by four algorithms,including genetic algorithm and particle algorithm.By comparison,this algorithm has the advantages of fast convergence speed and strong global optimization ability,and can effectively solve the problem of multi-regional agricultural machinery scheduling.(3)Design area calculation method and verify it through different plots.The geodetic coordinates are transformed into rectangular coordinate system coordinates by GaussKruger projection,and the area of the block is obtained by using the trapezoidal method in the polygon area composed of the periphery of the operation trajectory point.By measuring plots such as triangles,rectangles,and irregular graphics,the feasibility of the test method is compared with the traditional acre measuring instrument.The results show that the relative errors of the trapezoidal method and the traditional acre measuring instrument are within 3 %,and the larger the plot,the smaller the error,which can realize the automatic calculation of the area during the scheduling process.(4)Design and develop agricultural machinery scheduling management system.Through the analysis of the agricultural machinery scheduling model and algorithm,an agricultural machinery scheduling management system integrating four functional modules of basic information,scheduling decision,order management and data monitoring is constructed.In the aspect of system database,a data table including agricultural machinery cooperatives,agricultural machinery,order information and monitoring data is designed.In the system graphical page,the Web end network is designed.Finally,the system is tested,including web page response,reception and system function testing to ensure that the system can achieve agricultural machinery scheduling tasks.
